Sehr freundlicher und höflicher Service. Man kommt meist ohne jede Wartezeit dran. Fussmassage 40 min für 10.000 MMK ist nicht gerade ein Super Deal aber sehr entspannend. Full body oil mit 23.000 MMK ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Head and neck 40 min wieder 10.000 MMK sehr sehr gut. Die Auswahl im Ort ist insgesamt überschaubar von daher ist The Rose eine gute Wahl.

The worst massage I've ever had in the whole Asia. The girls have no massage skills at all.

I arrived at The Rose Spa with two friends in the evening. Earlier on that day we had already been there and told them we would come later. So, they knew we would come with three persons. We had to wait a few minutes. Then we were let in the massage room. However, there were only two ladies ready to give us masssages. Imidiately, one of them started to massage my friend. Even though the door was still open and someone was walking around in the room trying to get the air condition running. 5 minutes later (both my friends already got their massage) a man arrived to massage me. I didn't feel comfortable. So, I asked for a lady to give me a massage. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a woman to arrive (and honestly, I think they just asked any random woman from the street). The massage I then got was the worst I've ever had! The masseuse didn't know at all how to give massages. We had ordered a 40 minutes back and shoulder massage. Even though, first, she massaged my arms for 10 minutes. Then she continued with shoulders and back. But she just pressed randomly any spots and at one point it hurt that much that I had to tell her to stop. On top, the three women were talking all the time and I think my masseuse asked the others for advice all the time. After only 20 minutes my massage was over (at the same time as my friends, even though my massage had started 15 minutes later). My friend's massage was finished 2 minutes earlier. So, for the last minutes her masseuse took over my massage and it was not really better... Honestly, I was really glad when the massage was finished. we paid our 10,000 Kyat each (I had got a way better 60 minutes massage for only 7,000 Kyat at another place) and just wanted to leave that place.
