It is a very nice and cozy resort hotel at Ngwe Saung Beach in Myanmar. Location and landscape of hotel is very good.
Hotel reception has modern and environmentally friendly decorations.
Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Service is great. Food provided at breakfast is tasty.
Highly recommended for your vacation.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to an ocean view room which was nice. The pool was enormous and we spent much of our afternoon by the pool. The ocean is just a short walk from the pool - just over a bridge. There are nice cabanas on the beach. The beach was fairly deserted when we were there with lots of soft white sand and small waves for swimming.

The best beach resort in Myanmar. Delicious food and nicely maintained premises. There are plenty of activities around the hotel that you can do during your stay and hotel staff will help you to arrange them.

Amazing sunset view from wonderful pool site. Night time, lighting system around the coconut trees makes the hotel looks like a paradise. Large lobby and restaurant will make the visitors' satisfaction. The staffs are responsive and helpful. But still need to improve how to manage and handle for the large numbers of package tour. Would rate 5 stars, found some small week points though.

We had the most magical and enchanting stay at the Eskala Resort, thanks to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From allowing us to check in early as our room was ready, to arranging our transportation to our next destination, to helping us light off fireworks that we bought from a beach vendor, Everything was absolutely perfect and beyond our expectations. The grounds and the pool are immaculate. We booked the seafront villa and could not have been happier the the comforts of the room.

We were celebrating a birthday, and the general manager surprised the birthday boy with a special decorated table for breakfast. The entire staff came out with a beautiful cake, and the general manager played the guitar as they all sang happy birthday.

Our transportation out was not until the evening of our check out, but the manager arranged a late check out, and allowed us to stay and enjoy the resort until our ride arrived. Thank you Eskala staff for making our trip memorable and magical. You all deserve the best, and I can not wait to tell everyone in the USA what a special place this is.

Great relaxing resort with excellent food and drinks! Service is fantastic: nice, attentive and helpful with all requests. The beach is extensive and is good to jump into the waves before relaxing on one of the covered beach chairs. Definitely want to come again!

Loved every bit of the stay... very detail garden with green and seatings to chill away.. An indoor zen garden a relaxing spa outside the beach with all the luxuries.. very detail rooms encouraging eco friendly tourism. Each and every staff had that eskala smile this time too.. Thanks Nuwan and Team for one of the chilled out birthdays spent.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect as GOLD VILLA. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. We missed the sunset view as raining but awesome experience raining. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Ngwe Saung, Myanmar.

Upon arrival at Eskala hotel, I immediately fell in love with the place. The location on the beach was very private. The sun was setting a few minutes after arrival was really enchanting from the pool area. It was like a picture from the calendar.The gold villa was the best choice we made. The hotel entrance was grand and the Burmese harp music made the hotel serene. Staff was always helpful. The place reminded me of the famous Ngapali beach with white sand. The young coconut juice was to my amazement naturally sweet. (The difference was because it was not thrown to the ground)

The housekeeper was so pleasant, and the room service was incredible.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying. Everything was perfect. We dined in the restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious and the service was excellent. Love it all and want to come back to visit soon.
All the good reviews that I have read about this property are true. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine. I have never seen such good customer service as i experienced poolside

I stayed in Eskala resort last November with my friends. I was fantastic, from the receptionists to the chef everyone was extremely helpful.

The hotel is well kept and the rooms are fantastic. The pool is also really nice, but I prefer the beach and you must try the beach too.

Has mesmerizing view and landscape.
Breakfast is normally good.

The is the best place on the beach...but it is also the most expensive. We loved our beach cottage. Big pool, nice food. ATVs and motorcycles along the whole beach are the only downside to this beautiful area of Myanmar.

I think this is the best or if not, one of the best resorts in Ngwesaung Myanmar. All staff are exceptionally polite. Stunning view from poolside to beachside. They have beach bar, spa on the beachside, outdoor restaurants etc. If you want a quite, relaxing resort the this is the place to be. A high end resort so expect a bit more pricier than the others.

We had our wedding here at Eskala, and everyone is helpful. Would have been perfect of the hotel staff wouldn't have broken our piano by backing into it. :( Food here is good though. Definitely more expensive than other places though. They do accept USD - in perfect condition anyway.

Beautiful location, worth the effort to get there. Nice pool especially if you like an even depth for just gentle swimming. Sea seems safe with life guard up til 6.00 pm. Friendly and smiley staff. Own vegetable garden. Quiet.

Really very nice hotel. Everything is in a hight level. Large green area and garden with a lot of palms and plants, a lot of decorations and places to make photo. Very friendly personal - working hard all day long and english level is hight. Big rooms and nice restourant. During the breakfast a lot of different and taisty dishes. And finally really cool sea and sea beach. Comfortable sun hiding places and also nice pool. Absolutelly happy to visit this hotel.
