Ngwe Saung Garden Guest House

We spent a very nice time in this guest house. Very closed to the beach. Excellent service. Good food. I recommend to rent the bungalow. The normal rooms are good as well.

Yes, it is 10-15 away from the beach and from the main street, however if you are fine with a little walk, then it is just I guess the cheapest option in the area. Big breakfast, basic accomodation if you are not staying in the bungalows, ok chill area, you can meet a lot of other travellers, shared bathrooms are ok, local, nothing special, wifi pretty slow, but works, electrocity works from sunset untill late night so charge the powerbank :) during the day you can ask the owners to charge at the “reception table” :)

Nice place. Quite.
But far from the beach which is blocked by big hotels.

バンガローに宿泊させて頂きました。メインストリートからはちょっと距離のある、住宅地の中です。
見つけにくい場所ですので、初めての方はモータータクシーで行くのがオススメです。
困ったら英語堪能で親切なオーナーさんが何かしら手を差し伸べてくれます。
虫対策は必要ですが、落ち着いていて良いところでした。
お昼間でも電気が使えました。

Very friendly and helpfull staff

The Breakfast was very bland, the cleaning shoddy and when we booked the bus back to Yangon with them, we paid the same price as on the way there but got a worse bus that dropped us off an hour from the city centre

Very far away from the beach,dark dusty road.Beach is totally blocked by big resorts - hard to get there.
