The First Hotel

I'm very satisfied about their service.

Personally, the only hotel with Greatest view in Pathein. Has a lovely and warm customer service. The prices are surprisingly fair. Not to mention, the food is absolutely amazing as well. Tea and traditional green-leaf salad are free of charge and I got a Thanking Letter addressing to my name on my bed for checking in. What a lovey welcome.

We were in this hotel hotel one night, and we repeated a second. The hotel is very well located, close to the market, and other places of interest.
The staff is very attentive and is always available for any request, always thanking you for the smile with which they receive you.
The restaurant, located on the top floor, has unparalleled views, and like the rest of the staff, it is fantastic.
It should be noted that this hotel has the characteristics of a much higher priced hotel but at a lower price.
From my point of view, it is the best hotel I have been to in Myanmar.

I recommend this hotel. Perfect service. The welcome us with a fresh strawberry juice. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. The perfect stay to relax and take a pause especially if you are traveling for long time. The terrace is amazing with a gorgeous view on the irrawaddy River. The best sunset ever in myanmar till now.

Great location right on the Pathein River and close to the main pagoda and night market, staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive! View of Pathein River and pagoda from the top floor (where the delicious breakfast is served) is amazing! I was greeted with a cold juice, and offered a complementary tea leaf salad and tea after I settled into my room. Turns out the tea and salad is a daily offering. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

We stayed in the 'The First Hotel' for 2 nights, which was opened one month ago. It was definitely the hotel with the best standards we ever had during our south east asia tour! The staff was extremely concerned with our wellbeing and helped us anytime. We were looking for a bus connection from Pathein to Nagapali. Although there is no direct bus connection the manager organized everything perfectly with high effort, so we did not have to go back to Yangon again. Additionally, they passed us on to a local boat man who showed us the riverside for almost 4h and fishing villages for little money. Hotel prices in Pathein are similar but The First offers the best for the money. Although a very good breakfast is included.

Great service, right next to the river, it's cool to see the daily workings of the port. Rooms felt newly renovated, hot showers were great.

Perfect location and nice facilities for everything - staff are helpful. The food wasn't very good so it's probably better to eat outside; otherwise it's perfect.
