Very well managed and with great staff. Great service too with lots of safety standards in place. Only negative is location is bit far from the outside restaurants or shops and also can get noisy near swimming pool rooms. But the best place to just chill for a great holiday.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet served was also very delicious. The view was beautiful. The massage was very relaxing just that the rooms were kinda pricey. Also the location was in the middle of nowhere and most locals didn't know about the hotel. I had to use google maps. Other than that everything else was perfect. I even went to the club which was my very first time.

Quiet and private place to relax since the location is a bit far from the crowded area.

There are beach guards always monitoring for the visitor's safety.

Beautiful resort with excellent service on the beach. We stayed here for 3 nights and here is a breakdown of my experience.

Booking: we contacted the hotel via their fb page. They were responsive, informative and very professional. We were able to book the hotel with ease.

Checking in and out: The process was very efficient. We were in a buggy headed to our room within 15 mins of our arrival. Checking out process was equally efficient. The checking in and out counters were at separate ends of the lobby, l which further increases the efficiency (in my opinion).

Rooms: The rooms were huge. We got a loft room and a deluxe garden view rooms. Both the rooms came with very soft beddings, soft pillows, fluffy towels and complete amneties.

House keeping: They are very attentive. The rooms were magically clean, amneties replenished, and well organized everyday when we came back from bfast.

Pool: large pool, very crowded throughout the day. There was ample supply of fresh new towels and many lounges to sun bathe on.

Food and drinks: The breakfast buffet had a decent spread of western as well as local food. The coffee was good, bread was good, croissants could have been better, and ample supply of fresh fruits. There is a lot of cocktails, wines, and other drinks to select from the bar menu.

Beach: The property is located on a private and clean part of the beach. They offer many different water sports including surf lessons, which gets filled pretty fast.

The hotel also has another restaurant called surfpoint restaurant and bar, which is an excellent place to chill in the evening. You can either walk or take a buggy ride to the resataurant, which has the same menu as the main one, but has lot more entertainement. There is snooker table, fooseball, sandpit, etc.
Definitely recommend this place. However, if you are looking ro be somewhere quiet, this may not be the one ( or maybe) since it ia popular with both the expats and the locals.

A few minutes after we arrived at the resort, my wife, son, and I immediately ran to the beach, since we sorely missed the sand and waves (this included the excited jumping up-and-down at the shore, with matching hurrahs and yays). Sadly, my wife dropped her fone who-knows-where in the sand. So, we asked about for help from the resort lifeguards and security people. Everyone scoured the nearby shore, and some (including me) dove in the sea to look for the fone. Alas! After a few minutes of fruitless hopeless searching, we checked-in to our room lost and depressed at the start of our vacation (which was also a celebration for my son and his 3rd birthday). Inside our room, trying to regain ground, feeding my starving son his lunch, the front desk suddenly called, happily saying one of the lifeguards found our fone stuck in the sand! Wow! The lifeguards told us that just a few days before, some guests also lost their fones to the sea, so we were definitely lucky!

Needless to say, after this unforgettable event, we had a blast, especially my son, since it was his first time bodyboarding with me (the resort offers surf and bodyboard rentals with lessons, unlike other resorts in the area, which was a plus! And Ngwe Saung has good waves!)

Food is also delicious (especially their seafood grill), service is super-friendly and superb!

And even if it was the start of the Water Festival here in Myanmar, and the place was packed with families, we did not feel crowded, and there was so much space!

The resort also has the new and beautiful Surf Point Restaurant and Bar at the north end of the area that offers refreshing drinks and an amazing view of the famous Ngwe Saung sunset (that was a cool respite for my wife and I, and even a sand pit for the kids!)

Thanks again to Ngwe Saung Yacht Club for the wonderful stay! Here’s to the next beach vacation plan in your resort!

A wonderful experience. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and always helping you to be at maximum comfort. The food of the restaurant is delicious and varied, both burmese and western style food can be chosen. The rooms are comfortable and neatly clean, probably all of them with sight of the ocean. The best thing is the pool, next to the beach. Many kilometers of clean soft sand, warm water, wide beach makes of the place a magic spot.

The morning breakfast contains miscellaneous of food. You can get Cheese to Mohinga(Burmese noodle soup). The sea view is exquisite... due to lack of people..i almost feel like I am going to a private island. Don't need to mentioned about the hygiene part, it's excellent
The hotel room is pretty decent. Plus, it's the suitable place for kids. They got some facilities such as: mini kids' playground, kids' pool and there's a grass lawn.
However, the food can be slightly expensive if you are with your family.
All in all, if you are with kids.. I am sure they would love it.

During tourist season room price range from 150-250$, have variety of water sport activities. Staff are friendly and polite, always deliver good service. Decent breakfast 👌, price to room size is incredible. Highly recommend sea-view family size room.

Beware of annoying, always unsatisfied GM.

Beautiful private beach, resort and clean rooms. The breakfast and restaurants were also tasty. The staff was also very friendly. Lots of outdoor water sports and activities. We stayed for 2 nights and went to Bird island 1 day and went snorkeling on the way back. We rented a 4 wheeler to ride on the beach nearby. Also, you can rent a motorcycle to go around town from the hotel.

We stayed at the Front Suite Bungalow. You got what you paid for. It is such a beautiful resort. A little bit far form the local market. But I wouldn't worry about it as there are many ways/transportations to get there. For a quick bite might be a bit hard. But if you are okay with the price at the hotel, I believe they serve good food. I personally ate dinner there one time and it was good. Not the pizza though. Small and tasteless, wouldn't eat it there again. Breakfast was a nice selection. They got the club there. If you're with the group, u'd feel like you're having the whole club for yourself and can enjoy it at its best.

This is a beautiful beach hotel. The surrounding is amazing. Great sea view. You have to pay extra to get a room in the sea side. But it's totally worth. Food is good. Rooms are in cottage style. Strongly recommend for a holiday stay.

Fantastic experience! Little bit pricey but worth paying.
Good points: very good location, clean surrounding, very good landscape. Rooms are well lit up, clean and have all mandatory requirements. Food in the restaurant is ok. View from the hotel is breathtaking. Seeing is believing.
Not so good point: sea view from hotel. Other than bungalow, you won't have uninterrupted sea view. Limited Menu list in restaurants. But one gets options to neat from the nearby local hotels.
It's a very nice location for families with kids. Total hangout place for Young couples. The beach is very clean and gives you a private beach feeling. No crowed to get bother. Swimming pools has very good view of the sea as well. Pools open from 7 am to 8 pm. Has separate kid pools. If you don't like to eat in the restaurant, can try out local Myanmar cusine outside the hotel. If you live on vegetarian diet, I am afraid won't get too much options. Sea food is amazing. You can walk around the nearby village market and order in advance if you want to eat something special. Must try the tender coconut water. Fireworks and kite flying can be arranged on the beaches. One can drive to nearby island like birds island with Speed boats and do snorkeling. 25k MMK per head will be charged and the ride with snorkeling and 3 island will take more than 4 hours. One word of caution the boats might not have shades it worth to save oneself from sun with covers and hats. Sunscreen is must and bottle of waters.

Pls like the review if u find it ok with the pics.

Location NSYC - it's situated right on the beach in front of the pool. The location is superb and divine. It's a clear water beach with blue sea looking and welcoming you.

Room - different style of rooms are there including villas, suites, deluxe rooms and sea facing ... Obviously the charges differ. But all the rooms are good and worth it I prefer sea facing even though a smaller room. That's always better when sun comes up or sets. Enjoy your morning tea and kiss ( if you have a partner , unfortunately, I was alone :(

Food - if you are a non vegetarian - you have ample sea food choices.... If vegetarian - you will have limited menu. So do check for options around . An Indian restaurant serves vege food.

Games and adventure - a few games and adventure sport is there but not very professional or like other destination resorts. But its okie dokie.

Kids - kids are going to have super fun in pool and play area. Bring them on.

Overall - super duper fantastic.

Enjoy cheers!

I love this resort offering cheap camping tents for budget travellers! It is amazing. The camping guests allow to use all facilities! The weakness is - you have to take much care of your valuable stuff since the camping ground is very open.
