The Serenity Inle Resort

The view in amazing. The staff friendly. The bar and restaurant not that expensive and quite good for this kind of hotel.

On downside, the hotel feels old and poorly maintained. It could gain on a small layer of painting.
Also, the hotel is far from everything so you rely on the hotel services to move around (taxi or boat, no scooters, but free old and rusty bicycles).

We had such an excellent stay here! The overwater bungalows were like a dream come true and it was such a romantic stay. We ate at the restaurant each day and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. The pool was great and we even organised a private boat tour for the day through the resort which I highly recommend! Definitely the perfect stay in Inle Lake!

Possibly the highlight of my trip accommodation wise, the Serenity provides amazing views of Inle Lake in amazing large rooms and fantastic service. As with everyone we met in Myanmar, the staff really try incredibly hard to make your stay a pleasant one. Would fully recommend the guided boat tours the hotel offers around the lake as well! Bikes are also available for free on request to explore around the hotel. Must go

Superb! Beautiful resort. Huge. By the side of the Inle Lake. It is about 30 mins from the main town, but in a peaceful location. Good food. Helpful staff. View for breakfast from the dining hall is worth waking up at 6.30.

The kitchen closes at 9 though, so be careful to order your food in time.

We stay here 3 night at December 2018. The location was amazing.The staff was so kind and friendly at all time whenever we met them around the hotel.The price of Foods and beverages was fair. We love to watching the birds enjoying their day near our room.

An Eden of Paradise. In the middle of Inle Lake District. Big Bangalows over the water, forest cottages and suites facing the lake. You will feel comfortable with a great staff and lovely cuisine, large swimming pool, fitness, spa, free bicycle rental etc... Very good value for money. A place for meditation and tranquility. Walking through the gardens and surroundings just make you feel a new person!

we had a very nice stay at the Serenity Inle Resort. very welcoming staff and the frontrow bungalow (with moskito nets and very spacious) was great for sunset. we also enjoyed a lot the infinity pool with drinks and the restaurant and breakfast. the infrastructure is not top new, but the great massage was very relaxing.
it was a bit cold in the eating area start of january but in the confy bed we had extra blankets - thank you.

in all of our 4 weeks in Myanmar the receptionist Aung Swe Moe was just exceptional. he advised for the boot trip, next day organised a great trekking day trip for us, and for leaving the hotel organised a very nice family that took as by boar to Phekon - what a great insight in the culture of around Inle Lake area - Thank You!!

Beautiful location, elegant wooden bungelow out on the water. Service was great, helped me book my tour of Inle. Bathtub and shower, comfy bed, balcony with great view. It's pretty far from town, so you'll need to get transportation.

Best service and experience! Super helpful stuff, amazing massage, free bicycle rental, and you have your own long boat dock below the over-the-water bungalow. Beautiful hotel!

Very nice place for the family visit to the famous place Inle lake. Bungalos are mostly built inside the lake not away from the road. Car parking is available and visters can drive directly into the hotel. Bulgalos are connected with the wooden bridges. There exist swiming pool, flats and bungalos on the land side also. You can walk in the garden.

We had a deluxe overwater bungalow, big room and cute little deck for watching the sun go down, good value for money, super calm.and quiet in the mornings, staff were very attentive and organised a boat trip for us, breakfast was great, happy hour buy one get one free on all cocktails - we loved it!

Slice of heaven! Such a beautiful quiet place to stay. Highly recommend. The breakfast was fabulous (chef that makes fresh omelets and Shan noodles). Since there isn’t a town nearby, there is one restaurant option outside the resort (7 min. Walk) which was fabulous/authentic and affordable so you aren’t stuck eating at the resort everyday (expensive).

Amazing large property with stunning wooden villas over the lake, lush gardens, big pool and other nice facilities. Definitely worth to stay there and very warm Shan staff.

Excellent location just over the beautiful lake, wooden individual cottages with nice design and interior, wonderful staff hospitality, lovely welcome decoration with flowers in the bed; simply amazing!

It is the best place to relax and the room and the swimming pool are clean, and staffs are friendly. There are various kinds of breakfast, and they are delicious.

Loved this hotel. Totally recommend it. Really good infrastructure. Good food, the room is amazing. No complaints at all
