Beautiful hotel that is great value for money. The views from the pool are absolutely stunning and they look down to the end of a lovely wooden pier where you can get picked up for boat trips.

There are a few local shops and restaurants around 10minutes walk down the road, but if you want anything more upmarket, you will have to get a tuk tuk or taxi into the main town. The taxi to the town will take around 25 minutes, so is a little further out than most people would like, but I found it meant the area was beautifully quiet and private.

The breakfast is basic, but good and the staff will always come and serve you anything you like from the egg station.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - one of my friends was ill while we were here and they couldn't do enough for us to try make him feel better!

They are also incredibly meticulous with their cleanliness of facilities and I would regularly see the pool staff cleaning the pool (twice a day!).

There are bikes that you can borrow, free of charge, which is a lovely add on for anyone wanting to get out and about and explore the Red Mountain area too.

Nice hotel with beautiful pool. During Night time very calm. Rooms are beautiful designed. Massage is available in late afternoon. Very good service and very friendly personal. The view from the pool alone made this worth it! I really appreciated the staff here who were very kind and attentive. The jetty makes it really convenient to hire a speed boat to take you on to Inle Lake. The restaurant is not fancy and food is not great, so be warned to manage expectations there. The distance from the airport to this hotel is about 1 hr and 15 min, and is about 40 min from town.

The place gives completely a different feel than other places that we have stayed during our trip: clean, nice design and max comfort. The only thing is the rooms can be a bit slippery of which I don't know why they oil the wooden floor for.
Breakfast is quite ok and all. Fried tofu (shan traditional food) is a must try breakfast there. It's totally different taste and so far the best I've ever eaten. Had lunch at their restaurant and like the spicy fried rice.
Staffs are very helpful and kind too. I'm especially grateful to the restaurant staff who help us out with our needs.

Lovely place. Arrived midday by boat after a 2 day hike from Kalaw, excellent option to spend the afternoon poolside. Dinner at the hotel was ok but nothing spectacular. Really good breakfast though. The rooms are fantastic. Very spatious and excellent comfort and cleanliness. Arranged with the hotel for an early visit to InDein temple by boat. Good value for a private boat. Recommended. The hotel also arranged for a taxi to Heho airport. Expensive but that might be the price you have to pay staying by the lake.

Huge rooms, very attentive staff (had watermelon juice waiting for us when we came back from a bike ride, borrowed from hotel complete with free rain poncho), great view. Asian food at restaurant well-cooked and decent price (didn't try the Western food).Value for money ($50/night room in low season) and the equal of any hotel in Inle Lake!

A quite new and lovely hotel. Food, services and facilities are all at international standard. The jetty and the pool side are perfect place to see the beautiful sunset.

over-priced taxi shuttle to the airport ( booked it through an agency nearby its cheaper)
over-priced boat tour on the lake ( bargained in the city directly with the boat captains)
- wifi is a little annoying but fast overall ( we had to get new wifi codes everytime as the system does not log you out when you leave the hotel)

Amazing customer service and rooms. Views were breathtaking. I hope management keeps it up, I'll return any time!
