Good structure with stone and wood areas. If you go on a hot day walking becomes very uncomfortable.

Me Nu Brick Monastery is located inside of Innwa Palace.it's one of remaining buildings from Innwa Dynasty. Official name is Maha Aung Myae Bon Zan Monastery, all the locals called it " Me Nu Oak Kyaung " that means the monastery was donated by Queen Me Nu.
Interesting place.

Me Nu Brick Monastery in Inwa, one the ancient cities in Myanmar, exists at confluence of Ayeyawady and Myint Nge river.In west of the Me Nu Brick you can clearly see the beauty of Ayeyawady river together two big bridges namely Inwa Bridge and Yadanarbon Bridge.Me Nu Brick Monastery is very beautiful.

I really like this place. Take off your shoes before you enter the temple. No ticket. Enjoy the view!
