Pousse-Pousse Snack Bar

👉 We went for lunch at Pousse Pousse and sat outside to witness the daily street activities. 🇲🇬

We ordered fresh juice and the mixed rice 🍚 dish. They made it vegetarian for me with three eggs instead of chicken 🐔 and shrimps 🍤

It was a big portion, and the food was delicious though too salty. But this seems to be a Malagasy thing as we encountered it everywhere.

🤵🤵‍♀ Service was friendly and competent - they supported in finding a vegetarian option.

The atmosphere is nice as well and the prices 💵 are very fair as well. We paid for 47,000 MGA (slightly below EUR 10) including a delicious Espresso. ☕

Fazit: Definitely recommend this restaurant when staying in town! 🌟

Great food, drinks and atmosphere - vegetarian lasagna was super tasty and the menu is not the usual french crap.

Restaurant net i agradable al centre de Antsirabe. Local molt ben decorat, les cadires son part del pousse-pousse (tipus tuk-tuk).
Menjar molt bo i gustós. Tenen una carta amplia amb menjar internacional i menjar tipic malagasy.
Recomano la sopa Pousse-Pousse (12.000ars): sopa de pollastre amb fideus, trossos de pernil dolç i un ou ferrat al damunt. Tambe el Ravitoto (10.000 ars): fulles de yuca dolces triturades amb trossos de porc acompanyat amb arròs blanc.
De postres em demanat el mango flambejat molt bo (6.000 ars)
Botella aigua 6.000 ars.
Atenció molt propera i servicial, parlen una mica d’anglès i intenten ajudar-te i explicar-te els plats típics malagasy.

Posto molto originale, con sedute a forma di pousse-pousse comodi, e intimo. Proprietario e staff cordiali e spiritosi! Cibo davvero di qualità e abbondante con prezzo modico! Da provare.

Originalne miesto so specialnou atmosferou a vybornym lokalnym jedlom urobenym trochu inac ako v inych restauraciach. Velmi sme si pochutili. Toto miesto sa urcite oplati navstivit.
