Baobab Tree Hotel & Spa

We loved our stay at Baobab Tree hotel. The staff is prompt and friendly. My husband was sick during our stay and they were very accommodating and worked with us to add an additional bed for a price so a family member can keep us company at night. We had the sea view room, very nice and worth the price. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. I would stay again for the service and the comfort

The Hotel is operated to a very high standard across all aspects - professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, dining to name but a few. Full marks to the staff for their care and friendly personnality, special mention to Sylvano and Jemima at evening dinner, Julio and Benoit for their kind assistance and Hervé at reception. Wonderful experience in one of the best hotels in the city of Mahajanga.
Transfer from airport was surprisingly full of care. With the very hot weather, the driver provides you with a (really) fresh moisturized towel, and a bottle of fresh water. The staff is wonderful providing care and attention to the faintest need you may have, and seldom in the country, are very well trained. The Manager, setting the example, was very friendly and full of attention, trying to meet any kind of need you may have, even needs you are not requesting for. The room is neatly kept with an excellent bed and essential additional furniture. If you chose a room with a view to the ocean, you will enjoy the balcony with a breathtaken view of the sea with the Katsepy area in the skyline with its beacon, and a view of the city's Waterfront on the left. Breakfast was excellent.
A plus that some particular clients may need, this is a disabled friendly place.

Very elegant, classy and sophisticated hotel. The amenities at the hotel and it is especially worth it to book some massages. My 7 night stay had me use the bar, pool and restaurant frequently. Great selection of safe food and good drinks. The staff are very kind and dp is the manager. Everhthing was very clean and the air con worked perfectly. The seaview rooms (which i didnt get) look to be very worth it with a great view.

Nous avons fêté nos 20 ans de mariage dans cette hotel exceptionnelle de Majunga de loin le plus beau de la ville. Un accueil et le personnel toujours au petit soin. Nous vous recommandons vivement et reviendrons chez vous avec un grand plaisir. Le SPA et les 2 masseuses sont formidable. Bravo à la direction de l'hôtel pour la gestion.

Je suis venue déjeuner avec ma mère au restaurant de l’hôtel. Tout simplement impeccable, excellent service client et incroyable hôtel.
Le restaurant offre une magnifique vue sur la baie.

Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, tout était parfait et très bon…. Le meilleur restaurant de Majunga pour moi à ce jour, je recommande à 100% !

Un grand merci aussi aux deux serveurs qui se sont occupés de nous, Fleurette et Ehéry.

La seule petite chose à améliorer je dirais serait de mettre une musique d’ambiance en fond, à part cela tout était vraiment parfait !

Nous reviendrons !

Moc pěkný hotel, velké, prostorné pokoje s terasou.Hotel má 2 bazény. Je u oceánu, ale nedá se zde koupat. Bohužel hotel nemá výtah a velmi dlouho se čeká na jídlo, které je mimochodem výborné.
