Thermal Bath Ranomafana

A very nice facility to have anywhere and particularly here where there are few.

A well maintained thermal bath and swimming pool in a nice garden with benches.

It is reached by a very interesting 'bridge.'

A very nice thermal bath in the rainforest-village Ranomafana.
There is a large and a small pool full of hot water. In addition you will find showers and changing facilities. There is also a small garden with a few benches, but picnic seam not to be allowed.

Entrance price is 1000 MGA for locals and 5000 MGA for foreigners.
If you have long hair you will be required to cover it - bathing hats are at sale for 2500 MGA.

The pool was very clean during our visit, and we where told that the water is changed once a week (think it was Tuesday).

It is truly a nice spot in Ranomafana - it is a little off the road, but just fellow the path and cross the bridge and you will be there.

We went in the pool as well as the baths. Very enjoyable! Take a towel, soap and scrub towel to really enjoy!

Il viennent de changer l'eau, mais n'ont pas rincé les parois.
L'eau est bien chaud pour cette période.
