Hotel Panorama

We were hosted by Hamid and he was very friendly and helpful host, super kinf and welcoming. The hostel is very nice, one of the bests I stayed in my entire trip in Morocco, very clean and well located, just in front of the market. The beds are good and the rooms are nice, maybe the pillows are too big and heavy, but definetly very good valuable for money, we paid only 19€ for a double room!

We stayed for lunch here as we heard that the beréber pizza (madfouna) originates from this area. So make your passing through this town a very well worth it one. The servers are very friendly and the eating areas are amazing, with a view of Rissani’s bustling market.

The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and nice. We slept very well here and the breakfast the next day was fantastic. Be sure to have a Berber omelette.

We got a recommendation for this place in Meknes so we gave it a chance and we won't miss the experiences we made. The rooms are simple but sufficient. There is a shared bathroom but it's fine. It's the people around who made the experience special. The food is quite good and authentic, prices are fair. More over you can plan tours from here for whole marocco via Sky Tours marocco. We spend a great time with Khalifa and Hamid. They planned everything for us like the trip to the Sahara with a jeep (including a quad tour and an overnight stay in the berbercamp, there we got by dromedary). Khalifa planned the tour individually for us, so we just had to tell him our wishes and he made a tour out of it for a fair price. More over it felt like a family trip. Even sitting on the rooftop with Mohamed (another part of the family who runs the cafe under the hotel) and smoking Shisha was a very special experience.
P.s. when you can win the arm wrestling you have a better basis for negotiation.

The whole family who runs the hotel is very friendly and funny. Mustafa runs the cafe downstairs, Hamid is concerned with the visitors wellbeing and Hassan the small boy helps out wherever he can.

The hotel is set in the middle of the city, right next to the local market and many cafes. This makes the place very lively.

The rooftop terrace is ideal to spend your evening hours and Hamid might offer it to you as a sleeping spot. This is great because during summertime the rooms become unbearably hot.

Super friendly staff, lovely view on the terrasse! The owner speaks many languages. The breakfast with berbère omelet was amazing.

If you are not doing a package tour to the desert but travelling slowly then stop of in Rissani. This hotel is great. You can overlook the market from the terraceand wander easily through the town. It's a fascinating place. I shared a meal with Hassan and it is a very gentle place to be.

Beautiful terrace and great food, we had the maroccan pizza for 2 as a menu with salad and fruits and tea for 80dh p.p. and it was very delicious and great value for money.

Mustafa is a wonderful host. The hotel is cozy, and located on the corner of the main street, Panorama has a few rooms (4 rooms) and 1 shared shower, a terrace and an indoor restaurant.The cafe downstairs is streetside, and Mustafa is quick to whip up whatever you would like for breakfast- you will not leave hungry. He's sure to tell you that if you want anything, he will provide.

Great food at very good price, the staff Halifa and Hassan are super friendly and explain you about the city of you want to. Theyre hospitality is unparalleled and not pushy at all which is a massive plus. 100% recommended!
