I had never been on a train before, and the first class was very comfortable. 2nd not as much because more people are in the same size cabin. If you have lots of luggage opt for first class for sure.

Meknes has two train stations, so make sure you get it correct. This one is the bigger and the newer one. It’s better to buy your tickets in advance as the queue can be very long and the automated machine rarely work. Staff speak very good English. Trains are usually on time.
