Amazing place to experience Taghazout, feels like comeing to your cousin's family house. 🙂
I went for a trip alone, Yousef and his family was so wellcomeing, honestly attentifs and serviable, I really appreciated it!
This is the unique place where the best fun is randomly hanging out at reception, with a beautiful rooftop you can meet other travelers and delicious friday mama's couscous. 🙂

We had an amazing stay--the surf hostel is a welcoming place with a great vibe. We booked a private room and had a shared apartment with a kitchen, WC with shower, and some great flatmates. The roof was always lively and the shared couscous was delicious and much appreciated. We were there for five days and would have been glad to stay for longer.

The minute we walked into the surf hostel we knew that our two nights would not be enough, and immediately booked another two. Our room was exactly what you expect from a beach hostel, with nothing to fault. The rest of the hostel was so nice, especially the roof terrace where some exceptional evenings were spent. I was also pleasantly surprised to be greeted by two small dogs, a cat called Couscous and a Tortoise called Tagine, that also live in the hostel.

The hospitality shown to us by the staff was exceptional and they always went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We booked a surf lesson with Mehdi and it was fantastic, and we went from beginners to consistently catching waves within a day, and continued to surf for seven days straight. Youssef was also great, helping us out a lot and giving great recommendations for local food. The two of them, and Camille, created a truly genuine Taghazout vibe making us feel like we had joined a family.

We also enjoyed the company of other visitors at the hostel. The friendly atmosphere and wonderful communal areas made it so easy to make new friends and hang out. Thinking back on our stay, it genuinely makes me want to return to Taghazout and stay at the Surf hostel again. The only downside of the surf hostel is that I have now run out of positive adjectives to use for it.

One of my best experiences in hostel. The staff is very committed to offer you a good stay, not only being careful with you when you're are in the accomodations, but also giving valuable advices about the city itself. I spent 11 nights there and the feeling is like be part of the family after the first nights. With no doubt a great hostel

We had a great time at the surf hostel and extended our stay for a few days! The hostel is super social with a lot of travelers hanging out on the beautiful roof terrace or one of the three sofa areas (Tons of common room to meet others). Also Yussef and Ibrahim are amazing hosts. Yussef came to help us when we got into trouble with a surf rental shop. He also showed us how to cook tajine and we had many good conversations with him. The hostel is clean and cozy. So we can highly recommend staying here!!!

Some hostels just have a super-friendly feel and that applies here. This family-run hostel just seemed to attract the best kind of travellers; social, considerate and fun. The staff (especially Mehdi) run a tight ship and cannot do enough for their guests - seriously, ask them anything. The beds are comfy, the breakfast is extensive and delicious. The pets (all of them!) are amazing! Watch out for Tagine :) The views from the rooftop are excellent and the wifi is good enough to get some work done if required. I stayed for over two weeks and would happily have stayed longer...

Family-run hostel and you can feel the hospitality the second you walk through the door. Very social hostel with hosts that can help you with anything and everything you need/want to know. Had an excellent stay here for over two weeks and the rooftop view never got old. Make sure to be there for Couscous Friday! Hosts go above and beyond. Samir, Mehdi, and Yussef run the raddest hostel in Taghazout.

Amazing surf hostel! Yousef, Samir, Mehdi, and Khadijah are the best hosts. The hostel is family run and they provided great hospitality like room upgrades, free Couscous dinner on our 2nd night, and free beer! Social hostel too with a rooftop to hang out.

Very good hostel. Excellent welcome from Mohammed (speaks good English & french)The rooms are clean & comfortable,the hostel location is in central taghazoute, which is great for access to the sea as well as all the cafes & restaurants in the village. great views from the rooftop terrace.Good value for money we would definitely recommend this hostel.

BEST HOSTEL IN TAGHAZOUT!

What an amazing hostel. I’ve got so much I could say about this place but ill keep it simple.
1. Local staff are SO helpful and attentive. Helped with any concerns with booking taxis/local advice etc.
2. Facilities are incredible with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the town
3. The best blankets to sleep with…
4. Incredible food with the package deal or Couscous Friday’s and BBQ Sundays
5.The best travellers staying, met some incredible people here
