إختارت مجموعة أكسال شركة الأشغال العامة بالمغرب “SGTM” للإشراف على أشغال بناء موروكو مول مراكش.

ومشروع موروكو مول مراكش، سيكون من تصميم DP Architects” ” و سينجز على مساحة 130 ألف متر مربع مع عدة مساحات مصممة لجعل الزوار يعيشون تجربة ممتعة، من خلال توفير مناطق ترفيهية ومطاعم وعلامات تجارية متنوعة عالمية ووطنية.

المشروع المرتقب افتتاحه بمدينة مراكش، سيعزز العرض السياحي و التجاري والترفيهي بالمدينة الحمراء .

كما أن مشروع “موركو مول مراكش”، الذي بدأت فيه الأشغال، بالمنطقة السياحية اكدال على امتداد شارع محمد السادس في اتجاه طريق اوريكا، سيمتد على مساحة 130 الف متر مربع، وسيتم تنفيذ المشروع بالشراكة مع مجموعة “اكسال” وقد بلغ الاستثمار فيه حوالي مليار درهم.

يذكر أن مجموعة أكسال، قد قامت بالكشف عن مشروعها الجديد بمراكش في مجال المولات التجارية الضخمة في المعرض الدولي للعقار التجاري كما قامت بعرض المجسمات الضخمة لمشروعها الضخم بمدينة مراكش، أمام آلاف المشاركين في المعرض، من مختلف أنحاء العالم.

What we need is good facilities and green space for future generations. Marrakesh is attracting all the bad tourism and a lots of haram the real Marrakeshies are kicked outside the city because they can’t afford a property and rent is too expensive. All these projects are not providing jobs to people that live in Marrakesh. I am sad my city is in not the holly place or even a place to live in.:-(

We need more gardens and green spaces we are sick of cement and your greedy ambitions.
