Riad des Remparts

Adil and his team were very accommodating right from the beginning to the end. Was a pleasure to stay at his riad. Affordable, value for money, quiet place not far from all the sightseeing places. It had all we needed and more. 100% recommend.

What an incredible stay. Imad and his brother Adil couldn’t have been more helpful. Anything we needed they were there to help us, nothing was a bother for them. We felt instantly at home as soon as we arrived. Thank you so so much for an incredible stay and when we are back in Marrakesh you will be the first people we call for a room! Adil and Imad went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The Riad is beautiful and clean and they serve incredible food. The location is central and a short walk to Medina. This riad did not disappoint. Thank you thank you thank you!

We are giving this Riad 5 stars because of Imad, our host! He was wonderful and helpful and tended to our every needs 24-7. And he deserves a high rating for his hospitality. However, we do feel that other travellers should be warned about the location of this Riad and the difficulties we encountered. My wife had her cell phone pick pocketed two hours after going ‘out’ into the windy, maze-like busy, small streets where google maps seems not able to function. We are seasoned travellers and have travelled all over the world and this was the most unsafe we have ever felt. There seems to be a group of young men that live in the area and tell tourists ‘street is closed for praying, don’t go that way’...and then they lead you in another direction and either rob you or expect you to pay for the ‘help’ or ‘tour’. It is very hard to know who to trust and very hard to find your way around. A tip: DON’T listen to anyone, and keep your belongs very close. There was no point in even reporting the theft to police as we would have had to navigate back through the chias and maze to spend a whole night of our vacation at the police station where they can do next to nothing to recover her cell phone. We stayed IN every night and ate at the Riad, which was very yummy but we had hoped to see more of the city and try more restaurants but it was just not possible in the area we were staying. So beware when booking. But we loved Imad and are very grateful for him! The breakfast included was delicious and BIG. The bed was stiff but great hot water and pressure in the shower. It was COLD, if you visit in January, bring a toque and mittens and a scarf, as well as a winter coat. The heater didn’t seem to be producing heat at all in the entire Riad.

Je suis restée une semaine au Riad des Remparts avec ma fille de 19 ans .
Nous avons été reçues comme des princesses, le Riad est simple et familiale un moment à découvrir . Ahmed est exceptionnel une personne de confiance qui est toujours là pour nous aider, nous renseigner, aux petits soins avec nous mais aussi les autres membres du Riad hyper sympa ….le petit déjeuner est très bon sur la terrasse super agréable . Le confort dont on a besoin est au rendez vous .l’emplacement impeccable surtout pour se plonger dans la vie de Marrakech. Une ville aux milles et une surprise …. J’ai adoré

Nous avons passé 1 semaine avec ma fille chez imad, il est adorable, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. Grâce à lui nous avons fait des excursions superbes, il est de bon conseil.
La chambre était très mignonne et propre, le personnel de chambres adorable, les petits déjeuner sont copieux et tous le séjours différents, chez imad c'est la garantie d'être dans le vrai Marrakech
Peu importe ce que vous demandez, imad le trouve, c'est incroyable

Marrakech is ons goed bevallen maar is niet voor iedereen. Wij hebben een fietstocht door de stad gemaakt en eentje daarbuiten. En een dagje het strand van Essaouira. Allen een aanrader. De riad heeft een fijne rustige ligging en alles op loopafstand. Je kunt bij Imad ook de excursies boeken en hij zorgt ervoor dat alles verder geregeld wordt.

Somos una familia con dos niños, un adolescente y una niña de 7 años. Hemos pasado 4 días fantásticos en Marraketch, visitando las maravillas que rodean a la ciudad. Todos los días éramos los primeros en desayunar cuando apenas acaban de llegar. Rápidamente se ponían las pilas para que tuviéramos todo listo. Nos cocinaban cualquier cosa que nos apeteciera. Muy amables y atentos. Y el Riad, fantástico. Varias terrazas, patios, y una piscina espectacular que como era diciembre no hemos aprovechado. Lugar muy tranquilo y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.
Y lo mejor, el personal del Riad. Volveremos, sin duda.

Habitación y espacio muy bueno, limpieza diaria, servicio atento y dedicado, renovado recientemente. Consejo estudiar bien la ruta antes de salir porque la vuelta es complicada y alguna zona falla cobertura.

Los encargados del riad son muy amables y simpáticos. Te ayudan en todo. Llegamos perdidas la primera noche y nos acompaño por el barrio, nos ayudo a comprar la cena y nos explico cómo funciona el cambio de moneda. Muy recomendable ir a este Riad si nunca has venido a Marruecos. Los desayunos son buenísimos. Muchas gracias por todo amigos.

Ce Riad est génial, l'emplacement dans la medina idéale pour se mettre dans l'ambiance locale.
Imad a été génial avec nous, ses conseils ont été super. Il nous a fait découvrir un hammam traditionnel exceptionnel, nous a recommandé des excursions super et son amabilité est excellente.

El Riad esta bastante bien , las habitaciones de abajo son un poco oscuras puesto que no tienen ventana , pero esta bastante bien por el precio que tiene .
Tiene terraza y opción de desayuno , ademas Yassine el host es muy amable y amigable , un placer haberme alojado alli.

Retour de trois nuits passées en famille. Un super accueil 😊
