The attention to detail in every aspect of the Riad, from the elegant decor to the impeccable service, was truly remarkable. We stayed at Riad Jona while in Marrakesh for 4 days. I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was evident that they were truly committed to ensuring a memorable stay.

The level of accommodation and service provided by the staff was outstanding. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Their friendliness was infectious, and we felt like a cherished guest throughout our entire stay.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine warmth and enthusiasm of the staff. Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist with any request made our stay truly unforgettable. It's rare to encounter such a level of hospitality, and we were consistently impressed with their commitment to ensuring that our experience was exceptional.

Thank you Riad Jona and we hope to see you again soon!

Thanks for the nice stay. Quite fair value for money(~80€ double room).
Good service, stylish lounges and chilled rooftop sunbeds. Quite area - very central. Bit of a shady walk to the big square. Breakfast is quite basic but tasty- could contain more thinks like cereals and more fruits. Rooms have no view but spent our times outsides anyways. Happy all over 👌🏼

I stayed at Riad Jona with a friend and found the staff to be incredibly accommodating and helpful. As two young women travelling alone in Marrakech, we really appreciated the extra steps the staff took to ensure our safety. The Riad itself is clean and beautiful, a wonderful escape from the heat of the city! I would recommend this Riad to anyone.

the best riad of our trip to Morocco. the structure is taken care of down to the smallest detail, the cleanliness is excellent, the staff is attentive and welcoming. we had a room on the ground floor but no noise problems. the room was large and the bathroom was so well looked after that it felt like being in a spa. breakfast on the terrace is a wonderful plus. if I return to marrakech, Riad Jonan will be my choice

In terms of location it’s quite perfect. Tucked away on the side of a main path to El-Fnaa square, it is also easy access to taxis at the roundabout. The palaces and tombs are a short walk, and it's 5 minutes to the main square.

The service is really 5-star level. The staff is always available, and always smiling. They can arrange dinner plans and excursions. We did the sunset camel ride which I recommend. You can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the rooftop also.

The interior design and quality is also 5-star. It's really quite stunning, combining traditional style and materials with choice modern decor and comforts.

This is a fabulous Riad, perfectly placed to get anywhere in Marrakech. The staff are incredibly helpful & polite & couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are stunning & unique & the facilities are perfect. Breakfast was delicious & the meals we had were all home cooked & really tasty. I can’t recommend this place enough & would love to return.

We stayed in the Riad for 4 nights and 5 days. We did a lot of research before booking so I think we knew what to expect. Also this is our second time in Marrakech and we've stayed in a Riad before so this helps manage expectations. Pictures on TripAdvisor are accurate and self explanatory.

We selected a meet and greet at the airport which was 20 euros. We assumed that the price was for all the way to the hotel. However when we arrived at the roundabout and our items were loaded into the cart to take through the souks, we were asked for further payment when we arrived at the Riad. We paid with the lowest note we had, which was far too much for a 5 minute walk.
In regards to the 20€ for the airport transfer, we were picked up with a sign, escorted to a large comfortable vehicle and the man collecting us did have to wait quite a while for us due to delays and passport control. Considering the average taxi will try and charge you around 200-300 MAD, you're paying for a more comfortable service for a similar price.

Breakfast was delicious every morning. With different pastries and cakes every day. On our last day we requested the Morrocan Baghrir pancakes and they were brought to use in addition to the normal breakfast of the day. We were so pleased and surprised. Yummy and delicious! Thank you to the lady chef who served them to us.

We also had dinner and dessert at the hotel and this was delicious too.

The hotel has plenty of areas to relax and get away from the hussle and bussle of the souks. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool facilities as there was a problem with lots of tiny flies in the water. I think this should be resolved for future guests, and also for the reputation of the Riad. It's pointless to have such a nice facility if no one can use it.

Another small improvement is slightly more premium shampoo and shower gel options in the bathrooms. On a positive note the riad did provide cotton buds, cotton pads and a small soap bar for hand washing.

The Riad is a 10 mins walk to the main square passing by many stalls and restaurants on the way up. Very convenient location to get to the tourist attractions but also good to get away and retreat away from it all.

Special thanks to Eunice and Khalid (sorry if I misspelled the names) who were always available to answer our questions and always checked in with us to make sure we were doing OK, needed anything, and checked to make sure we weren't overcharged in the souks.
Thank you to Fatima the chef, delicious food.
Thank you to the house keeping team. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily.
Overall a great team of people!

Our stay in Marrakech has been truly wonderful. The place was lovely. The hotel was peaceful and it felt like home. We had a great time during our entire stay. It was a good decision that we stayed within the old Medina for we get to see the Moroccan culture and some of their traditions. Hotel staffs were very kind and helpful too. They welcomed us warmly from the day we arrived. Special mentioned to Khalid who were very kind and accommodating to our request. They gave us good suggestions for great places to visit and fun activities to do. Also the people that we met outside were very approachable and warm. The food were delicious too, and the souvenirs were very attractive. It was such a great experience getting to know the Moroccon culture and trying out their authentic specialties. We’ll surely recommend the place. 👍🏻

Fantastic Riad in an excellent location. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning meant I was actually cool for the first time in Marrakech. I also took advantage of the in-room massage option and it was incredibly relaxing and very reasonable price-wise. Would certainly recommend this Riad.

Nice place and 2 mins from the medina/market. Very very inviting staff. We had breakfast and lunch there once which was very good. Water pressure was good. They had nice places to hang out on the roof. Never got the chance to hang in the pool, but others did, it looked inviting. I would stay there again.

The staff is so amazing that I would talk to them forever forgetting they had a Riad to run. There are no weak links here as everyone has a smile with a fun personality to match what you expect for a holiday/vacation spot. Mint tea and cookies while you await your room along with fantastic tips to get your Moroccan journey started. I could not have booked a better location. While my room was great, the roof top terrace with jacuzzi and pool and numerous sun beds with great music and laughter with lounging beds were the star(s) of the hotel stay ( mouthful with no commas ....I know) ...

My new buddy Lahcen is the man! He'll provide great tips and conversation. His musical playlist is vast with so many genres and artists that it will probably rival if not surpass yours (as it did mine). Great Host ! My other friend Sammie was fantastic as well as he saved me and my s.o as we did not fully plan our Sunday evening properly as we did not factor in that many restaurants may close early. At 10pm without hesitation (after the cook left) he whipped up an amazing dish that was better than most of the restaurants we were able to go to...... Thanks again !!

This Riad suits singles, families, girls trip ... whatever your situation is. Riad Jona is the Riad to go to ... Go , Enjoy (feel free to thank me later) :)

3 of us stayed at Riad Jona for 3 nights late September - what an amazing Riad, was so stunning, on the top floor near the pool and Spa, gorgeous Moroccon room, spotlessly clean. The staff were all so helpful with restaurants, shopping a tour guide to the Atlas Mountains and having lunch with a Berber family - so worth every cent we just loved our day. I can't recommend this Riad enough, when I come back to Morocco i will stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you to everyone who works here you made our stay so relaxed and happy - Debbie NZ.

A genuine calm Oasis in the craziness of Marrakech. Very clean comfortable rooms offering privacy and space. We travelled with 2 x 10 yo kids who loved the staff, the pool, the spa, the hammam, they even ate the constantly changing breakfast. The riad staff is probably the best team to use to book tours - they are staking their reputation on good advice. They booked a tour to Atlas Mountains which was just magic! The kids had an adjoining twin room. It's a good quote location - only a 6 or 7 min walk to the main square. Highly recommended.

This place is very nice. The staff are amazing (shoutout to Khalid, Youssef, Samir, Bashir who does the atlas Mt's tour which is also amazing and worth it, Lasson and others). Its location is 5 minutes walk from the square and most of the main attractions. Not on the most glamorous of streets but all the riads are located in the same area. The food is amazing (breakfast and had dinner twice here), rooms are also very good.
