Amazing authentic food, the area is very beautiful and perfect for pictures. Definitely more on the pricey side but perfect if you looking to celebrate and have a great meal. The chicken and lamb were our favourites, so tender and fell of the bone. Layla treated us amazingly and catered to us very well would definitely recommend coming here!

Amazing Moroccan food at a great location in the center of M Avenue. The rooftop view is stunning. Special thanks to Mrs. Jamila, Director of Restaurants at M Avenue, who took care of every detail for the birthday surprise. The manager, servers, and the entire staff went above and beyond, ensuring a top-notch experience. Highly recommend, and I will undoubtedly return 👍👍👍.

It has been one of the best discoveries in the city - the food is exquisite, we decided on the lamb cous cous with vegetables on the recommendation of one of the waiters, and it was a success because it was the best cous cous I ate in Morocco!. The staff is super kind always with a smile on their face and willing to help and make an incredible experience. The views from the terrace are wonderful, and make for a magnificent evening. I will definitely repeat the next time I visit the city!

La Douar is definitely worth a visit if you’re around the luxury area of M Avenue in Marrakech. The roof top view is stunning and the relaxed atmosphere makes you feel like an oasis in the hectic street of the center in the city. The service was decent but the food incredible!

Great food, highly recommend the Seffa or the Tangia. Great service, Zeit and the other server were attentive and very professional and respectful. They literally brought blankets for the females in our party when the evening wind was cool. The vibe and rooftop location is amazing. Might be my favorite food/restaurant in Marrakech. Our best dining experience in Morocco - without any doubt.

The service was incredible, all the way from the waiters, to the hotel manager and the head chef.

The food was absolutely mesmerizing. Meat and chicken were perfectly grilled, the deserts were the best I’ve ever tried in my life, without exaggeration. Specifically, I am talking about the apple one with honey ice cream - you have to try it, trust me.

The atmosphere and the view are some of the best in the entire country, especially if you get a table next to the edge of the rooftop. The music is nice, and there is water cooking all around the pergola.

Special mentions go to Abdullah, the manager, and head chef Yossef. Very welcoming and respectful members of the team at Le Douar.

Overall, I deeply recommend you to have your next dinner or drinks at Le Douar, you won’t regret it. The experience was amazing.

Our experience was splendid. The waiters were very friendly especially Ilhame. The food was a well representation of how tasteful is the Moroccan food. The view and the atmosphere were vibrant. I highly recommend.

Located on a rooftop in the beautiful and modern M-Avenue, Le Douar offers a traditional Moroccan dining experience to international guests who enjoy luxury and comfort.

Youssef, the chef, has more than 16 years of experience travelling internationally and leading brigades in high-end, luxury kitchens; and it shows. Some of the highlights of our dinner were certainly the Lamb tagine and the apple cake pastilla, one of the best desserts I have had so far.

The entire staff at Le Douar went above and beyond to ensure our dinner was enjoyable, providing attentive service and complimentary drinks throughout our visit. Our server, Ashraf, displayed exceptional attention to detail and truly cared for his clients. Moreover, Abdullah, the manager, elevated our experience by not only securing the best table with a view of M-Avenue but also personally preparing and serving traditional Moroccan Tea with great attention to customs.

Overall, my time at Le Douar was incredibly delightful and memorable.

Unreal I would highly reccomend this place to anyone for a cultural journey around morroco! The Food, Service and Atmosphere were amazing. Our waiters were hands on and attentive not overbearing very knowledgeable.
We had the tasting menu and rolled out of the place lucky they had a lift.
Didn't have the rack of lamb but it looked fantastic on a sizzling grill.

We have visited multiple times during our holidays in Marrakech, the amazing food and service never disappoint, it’s great value and now also licensed to serve wine and alcoholic drinks, we will be returning!

Fantastic gastronomy by the excellent Chef Issam (former Group Barrière Chef) and his crew, super and friendly service, and a very balanced and genuine Moroccan Cuisine. We had an excellent diner : the Moroccan salads Assortments are a “must try and repeat”, the Tagines divines, and the Couscous (3 recipes, with a preference for the Doukkali one) as if if was my Mamma’s, every dish is superbly cooked, the real Morrocan specialties from all regions of the country. Cherry on the cake: very nice view!
I would put 6 stars (Best Moroccan Restaurant in town, with a very decent price for the quality and service offered). Congrats to the whole team at Le Douar!

Yes, the food was excellent! You will also see the staff is a sharp, professional, talented team. They cover a range of languages and happily offer suggestions if asked. If you are in this part of town, don't miss Le Douar!
