Our recent stay at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the attentive staff, setting the tone for a memorable experience throughout our stay.

Upon arrival, we were introduced to our personal butler, Mr. Ahmed, whose professionalism and helpfulness were truly outstanding. Ahmed was always on hand to assist with any request, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction at every turn.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exquisite iftar experience at the hotel's restaurant. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a delightful array of dishes to suit every palate. It was a culinary journey that exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast experience was equally delightful, thanks in large part to the impeccable service provided by Mr. Ben Rais. His attention to detail was remarkable; each morning, he remembered our preferences, making us feel incredibly valued and attended to. Mr. Ben Rais went above and beyond, personalizing our breakfast service and anticipating our needs effortlessly.

Our suite was a haven of luxury and comfort. Beautifully decorated and spacious, it offered great views of the property that added to the overall charm of our stay. The cleanliness of both our suite and the public areas of the hotel was impeccable, a testament to the meticulous housekeeping team.

Overall, our stay was characterized by exemplary service, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and eager to return to this remarkable retreat. We stayed in this incredibly breathtaking luxury private villa for two at Mandarin Marrakech. Without a doubt, it's the most stunning villa I've ever experienced, and the service was exceptional from the moment of check-in to the smooth check-out process. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. While I was there, I pampered myself with the Hamman treatment, and it was fantastic.

Ling Ling, the food was seriously amazing – cooked to perfection, tasted so good! The menu had a variety of fantastic options, and the service? Well, it was simply outstanding, making the entire dining experience truly exceptional!

The rooms and the property were exceptional, the food was delicious. Definitely recommend staying in the pool villa, it was unbelievable. It was so clean and i love the fact l they leave roses Petals. The service was exceptional! The gardens in this hotel is SOOO beautiful and pretty! We spent most of our days by the pool.

Amin took care of us he really fulfilled all our requests!
We also had the best driver we could ask for Jawad so professional and he was always on time with best customer service and car ride! I really love the what's app concierge service 24 hours!

I would like to mention a brilliant service from dinning team specially Musaab he really went above and beyond to make sure whatever we needed was provided. He also arranged some special goodies for us to take back which was really sweet. The pastry chef in this hotel is just insanely good everything on that breakfast bar was so good. The chef himself came to personally meet us. We really enjoyed our breakfast everyday specially the Egg Tajines so yum!!! must try! The food was delicious! I also love the fact if they don't have something on the menu they will make sure they accommodate no matter what!

Finally we would like to thank and mention Mr Christophe Porachio who really made sure me and my partner have the best experience. He went above and beyond recommending us best of the best and he also made sure we were taken care of outside the hotel. Thank you Christophe and the whole Mandarin team for making this experience so memorable for us.

From the get-go to our goodbye, the experience was nothing short of magical. The staff weren't just attentive; they took care of everything, making our stay effortlessly perfect. The butler service was top-notch, bending over backwards to fulfill our wishes. The Kids-Club was a hit with our little one, and the attached nanny service was a godsend. The accommodations are unparalleled – don't let the sticker shock deter you; even their "basic" room is a luxe mega-suite. Highly recommend for both couples and families seeking top-tier quality, a blend of privacy and pizzazz.

The private hot air balloon breakfast ride was the crowning jewel of our celebration. Soaring above the Atlas Mountains, we were treated to a panoramic view that left us in awe. The meticulous planning and execution by the staff ensured a seamless experience, from the gentle ascent to the gourmet breakfast served at an altitude that added a touch of whimsy to this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Heaven on earth. Spacious room with heated pool in the balcony. I stayed in the panoramic suite and it was a dream. We were treated like princesses. the spa is great and the breakfast has so much options. special thanks to noura and omnia who made sure our stay was great. I will definitely come back!!! the resort landscape is full of greenery and roses. smells and feels like heaven.

A dream home away from home. Perfect for families. They did everything possible to make your time in Marrakech Perfect. Worth every penny. Surprisingly the room service food was excellent. There is lots of options and it is always delivered at the perfect temperature.

The location is perfect for accessing down town or where the Berber people live.

As to be expected from The Mandarin - very spacious impressive suites. We had one of the newly renovated pool villas which was the best suite I've ever experienced. Massive villa with pool and jacuzzi and indoor/outdoor lounge space. Modern, very private space. Can't overstate how "wow" the new pool villas are.

Hotel food was mostly good but the Ling Ling restaurant I wouldn't recommend as it's simply not to the standard of Hakkasans usual restaurants. The other restaurant was very good. So is the pool restaurant. Staff helped a lot with our itenary - quad bikes, hot air balloon, hikes etc. They know the best people and can arrange all for you.

Although it's a larger hotel, it doesn't have that feel when you stay in the villas as its like a private home. And also there is plenty space in the main hotel and pool. It's worth the price. The hotel is very well maintained and is beautiful and opulent. I really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

The 54 Villas and 9 Suites of the Mandarin Oriental, individually decorated, mixing tradition and modernity, offering a private terrace with a pool in each Unit.

Visited the place with one day pass which included a pool day with lunch and massage Beautiful setting, excellent massage and delicious food. Very friendly and nice staff. Love Moroccan people They seems to be happy. Always smiling, very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and you shouldn’t miss the massage.

Only spent the day at their magnificent pool with great lunch and then the spa. Great way to get away from the very busy hustle and bustle of the old Medina of Marrakech. Pricey but we'll worth it.

We visited this beautiful hotel twice this month - both times to have lunch. On both occasions we were given a very warm welcome and were impressed by the fabulous setting and design of the pool and grounds, giving a very relaxing and zen-like feel. Our experience at the pool restaurant was made extra special by Mousaabe, who was not only friendly and warm, but also very professional and attentive - we felt like old friends when we returned a week later! Also, whilst enjoying the pool, Oussama looked after us so well, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always with a smile. Above all the team who work here make this hotel a superior experience - we will definitely be back when we visit Marrakech (three times a year) and look forward to our return! Thank you.
