Firstly the hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the airport / town. The hotel offers a transfer service which cost us 100MAD for a single trip to town, compared to the local taxis, that was reasonable.

Upon arrival at the lovely grounds, we were welcomed at reception with a smile. Check in was easy and simple.

We got a free upgrade to a suite because I assume March is "Off season" and there was space? Either way it was really appreciated.

We were shown to our room which had a separate space for the large bed divided off from the living room space by a curtain (see pictures). The living space was large, with a sofa, TV and access to the balcony which fits two people.

Lastly there was a huge shower area with two rain type showers, a separated toilet area and a few wardrobes.

We walked around the grounds of the hotel and even in March the area was green and well kept with flowers blooming. The outdoor swimming pool area was again well kept, and the beds on the grass was a nice touch rather than having to be poolside on the tiles.

We went half board so breakfast and dinner was included. Breakfast was nice enough with a buffet style ranging from salad, meat & cheese, to yoghurts, jams, and sweets such as pancakes, waffles..etc Fresh bread was on offer too.

Dinner is selected from the menu but all items were included as again we were half board, so although there were prices, the only thing we had to pay for was alcohol. We stayed for 5 nights and found the menu was more than enough to have something different each day.

The food was high quality and tasted great. I prefer this method of delivery compared to a help yourself buffet as seen at larger hotel resorts that are all inclusive.

Staff at each engagement were friendly and happy to help. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for making my stay at this Riad absolutely wonderful.
The team was incredibly polite, kind, and made me feel very welcome.
The room provided to me was spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed spending time relaxing on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings.
I came with some friends, and while my room was a deluxe, theirs were standard. However, the staff kindly upgraded them, which was a very generous gesture.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable stay in this area.

Great hotel a short ride off the bustle of Medina. We loved spending some chill time by the pool with birds signing, walk among the beautiful gardens and enjoy the fantastic breakfast! Would definitely be back for longer.

A favorite hotel south of town. Beautiful setting, comfortable room, efficient and friendly service, and excellent breakfast buffet. Secured parking inside the compound. Good size pool appropriate for kids. Very well maintained park with peaceful views.

Lovely hotel if you want to relax on your holiday and be away from the main city of marrakech. This place is just outskirts but can be reached by either shuttle bus or private car arranged via reception. However the food selection for vegetarian was quite restricted if you stayed for longer then 3 nights. Apart from that it's a lovely place with great staff and housekeeping.
Little note : perhaps a kettle and coffee / Tea facility may be worth adding in the rooms.

I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly. The rooms are a good size and spotless and surrounded by roses, Jasmin and huge olive trees. We always go all inclusive as it is in a quiet area. Breakfast is the only buffet, lunch and dinner being cooked freshly for you. Beer and wines are also good!! Easy to get a taxi to the Medina or just relax round the hotel and lovely new spa!!

Kindly greeted and seen too upon checking in and was swiftly upgraded to a suite after being shown the rooms and asked which one we wanted.
Room was very clean and kept to a high standard throughout the stay being cleaned daily, the room came with two showers, TV (nothing but French channels), a phone, safe and a very comfy bed. We also had our own private garden and access to that block’s private unheated pool which was perfect when we fancied a bit more privacy or just to dip our toes in after a long hot day.
The main pool area and grounds are well kept and very nice to just walk around and enjoy, plenty of sun loungers too at the pool to accommodate everyone. There were times where noisy garden work would go on around midday which could be a little distracting but this would be over quick.
We only had breakfast as we opted to have other meals in the city, the breakfast was decent with a good choice of local and international foods. Although it states it starts from 7am we did find our selves walking in to them still setting it up around half past 7 but this was a minor issue as most of the food had been put out.
The hotel is located about a 10km drive away from the Kasbah and Medina of Marrakech which may be a turn off for some, being able to just walk out of a hotel into the town you are staying in is usually a big benefit but here it works quite well. You can enjoy the craziness in the town and then retreat back to the hotel for some calm and relaxation.
How you get to and fro from the hotel is via the shuttle service the hotel offers, this isn’t a standard shuttle service as we had seen in other hotels (timetabled bus/mini-van, etc) but consists of contacting the reception when you want to go into the city and then contacting them again when you want picking up, think of it as a private taxi service.
Thirty minutes later Omar will appear with his mini-van and pick you up with a lovely smile on his face. He was a very good driver and knew his way around the roads well, even answering the never-ending barrage of questions from my wife. Just remember to confirm the price while contacting reception as this did catch us out a few times when going a little further or travelling later in the day.
All in all, it was a lovely stay and great place to be for some much-needed down time between visits to the madness that is Marrakesh. Highly recommended.

This was our first trip to Morocco and we chose this hotel because it had good reviews and was just out of town. Every member of staff was very helpful and friendly. Our Senior Suite was very comfortable and beautifully kept by a wonderful room maid. Her genuine smile lit up the room. If you want a nice, relaxing holiday, then this hotel will give you that.

Very sleek, calm ambient. Great pools and large rooms. I had a great stay!

The only downside is that the food was expensive so we always ate at a restaurant on the main street (like a 5 minutes walk away).

Faultless ...... apart from bar, restaurant and reception closes at 10pm and lights off ! So early nights, unless you go into town by hotel taxi. Traditional style building, very clean, big rooms, beautiful gardens and pool.

Place to recharge your batteries, 15 minutes away from the city center but they have a chutle. This place it is away from main road and is very quiet and peaceful, the swimming pool is heated, restaurant and pool bar are expensive, rooms are clean and the stuff is very friendly.
