خدمة الزبناء سيئة بالإضافة للإنتظار الطويل بالرغم من عدم وجود الإكتظاظ

I signed in CIH MOBILE , and after 12 days of waiting , they messaged me to go to the agency to get my Card . I headed directly to get my card , and i was told that " the director is not here " come tommorow morning , i went the following day as i have been told but guess what . I found the director , however he disrespectfully , adressing me while he is on the phone ' the lady that will activate your acount is not here today which is wednsaday , and he told me that she can only be prsent at the agency on Monday . waiting to see what i will be told again !! yes it's true CIH is good , but its lack of tracking the agencies behavious and commitment is and will be its downful

The agent who is responsible for money transactions was absent the whole day

Employees come and go as they please, I have been coming back to this agency since Monday and every day I don't find the person I need to talk to, because they don't have a fixed schedule and I can go to hell, my time and my plans don't matter.
Changing the agency as soon possible.

Bad service, rude workers, and the administrator fell asleep the whole day.

اخيب و احقر بانكا بالمغرب، الأمن اللي حاطين قدام الباب قليل الاحترام، و البانكا 2 د النهار تيسدو الباب، قمة إحتقار المواطن، من عندي زيرو توقيت و زيرو أمن. . 000000

On dirait pas une banque, 2 personnes dedans plus le vigile, toujours blindé. Et souvent le système est KO et pas d'internet
Réception médiocre.

Il faut pas venir à deux, il y a seulement une chaise lol
