Souk MARKET

This is a fascinating place, it is touristic, with people always offering you something and really amazing souvenirs. I’ve seen you can bargain 20 to 30% discounts on all items. Some places take cards but most will only do cash. I also liked the traditional architecture and how visually appealing the whole place is.

Such a vibrant and interesting place. Full of atmosphere. Huge selection of market stalls. Felt quite safe. No real hassles. Just a polite no is sufficient. Loved it. So vibrant

A very nice area to visit a few pushy sellers but you get that everywhere very vibrant are and can get very busy on a weekend hence best time to go is through the week. You can get everything you can imagine in the souks allow yourself a few hours to visit the place and plenty off stop off to get a drink along the way the streets are very narrow especially when someone is coming along with a cart

I absolutely loved the souks in the Medina. Full of wonderful colourful Moroccan items, I could've spent even more days here than I did. Sellers are friendly and helpful (and just full of ideas about what else one might need in their amazing stalls). This is also a very photogenic spot!

An unforgettable visit to remember. This place is magical! An enriching cultural experience. The people are friendly... Here, you will find a variety of handmade items: Clothing, furs, shoes, spices, fruits, iron, wood... A place where time passes quickly, there is not enough time to see everything... More a wonderful place in Morocco!

Souk Market was definitely one of the highlight of my Marrakech visit. There are no clear directions there to where as to go. But you can definitely rely on Google Maps. They work well even in those narrow streets.

You need to be careful there and not buy things instantly. Bargain a lot and visit different shops. Everyone's extremely friendly, but sometimes very stubborn about pulling you into their shops.

Having said that, the Souk in Marrakech is big and exciting and enjoyable.

Intereresting place, you can find there everything. You should bargain. They say very high prices. 1/2-1/3-1/4 and 1/6 you can really buy it. 600->100 or 400->110 etc.

This is the main attraction in Marrakech. It is a labyrinth of narrow pathways lined with vendors selling spices, clothes, meats, produce, jewellery, and anything else you can imagine. Don't bother trying to navigate, allow yourself to get lost and soak in the experience of wandering around. A must visit!

Amazing place to shop! Please wear comfortable shoes to walk long distance within the souk. And the place itself feels like being in a maze, you are entering from one end and not realized you had walked so much while exiting a different route.

Prepare to get lost in the labrynth of alleyways full of shops! As a tourist, you'll find everything you're looking for, even an extra suitcase to put it all in! The sights are amazing and you'll want to stop and see everything. The smells are a mix of moped exhaust and freshly ground spices. Haggle your way through a good deal, try something new to eat, and beware the mopeds driving through the souk!

An absolute assault on the senses but in a positive way. Its been ages since I got lost and it was fun. Highly recommend just wondering around and trying the local delights. Shop keepers are friendly and helpful, but expect you to haggle.

Amazing market, but you really have to negotiate the price with the seller before buying it. I recommend getting the price to 50% of the initial price from the seller. We have bought some nice perfume and had a coffee.
