Riad Tzarra by Pure Riads

This Airbnb is more like a private boutique, with friendly and helpful staff to accommodate your stay. They provided tea service, breakfast, local navigation and even a 3 course dinner at a reasonable additional cost. I loved our 3 nights here. Each room has quirkiness, the roof is a perfect communal space, and there's a lot to do nearby.

We just came back from a long weekend in Marrakesh and we stayed at this Riad. Oh my gosh everyone was so kind and available at every hour of the day and night. They went the extra mile to get us comfortable and make us feel welcome. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend 👌

Beautiful Riad with lovely staff that looked after us extremely well when we stayed in February 2017. Spotlessly clean with heat pumps in the rooms as Marrakech can be cold and damp in February. The staff also lit the fires in the Riad for extra comfort. Good breakfast of fresh fruit, Moroccan pancakes bread and omelette. Our dinners were tangines with meat, veges and or salads. Finished with fresh fruit. Always fresh and delicious.

My wife and I had a great stay here. Their staff, including Mohamed and Khadeeja and Abdul (night watchmen) were excellent. The riad is a house in a very local area of the Medina so you get a very authentic experience. Why? Because the Medina is alive and the people who live there today are carrying on with their daily life. The riad is about a 10-12 minute walk away from the main square Jemaa-el-fin’a. Mohamed or Abdul will provide a map and show you how to get there. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning so definitely recommend that. Our room was the Tibet room which was nice. We like the setting. They keep this place super clean and have turndown service daily. The ladies took care of us like we were their family. Only recommendation is to get a mosquito net. Not a big problem but will make it better. Can write more if you have questions. Enjoy!

Very friendly staff, always willing to help you or guide you in the city. Rooms are clean and very stylish. Hammam available in the Riad.

Wonderful staff and beautiful location, perfect place to stay. It was well located for the souks and amazing to stay and relax. Can't recommend highly enough!

Clean, beautiful and very friendly people

這間民宿在彎彎曲曲的馬拉喀什舊城區的巷弄內，雖然馬拉喀什的巷子沒有菲斯那麼複雜，但是夜間也是相當可怕，如果是女生還是建議住靠廣場近一點的民宿。不過這間riad是我們在摩洛哥最滿意的riad(不和富麗堂皇的riad比的話)，提供twin room, 房間很大，浴室也很大，熱水很熱，不過洗臉盆水管會漏水，浴室排水很差，洗澡會洗到整個浴室都積水，但是幸好摩洛哥很乾燥，一個晚上浴室就會恢復乾爽。摩洛哥的冷氣都很冷，都沒辦法調溫度，毯子都很硬很難蓋，因為已經是行程最後，所以我們已經很適應了，冷氣太冷的話，關掉就好。晚上回去民宿要敲門，會有守門人開門，不會等很久，守門人很盡忠職守，幾乎是使命必達，可以跟他要咖啡、茶、幫忙印登機證、寄名信片、早餐服務。早餐可以在屋頂吃，提供的麵包和餅是這趟旅程裡唯一有加熱的民宿，吃到溫暖的麵包和餅真的太幸福了，早餐很豐盛，兩天提供的麵包都不同，優格也不同，連歐姆蛋都不同，很用心。民宿有個中間的庭院、泳池、交誼廳，就算不出去，待在民宿也很舒服。走到廣場大概要20分鐘，路上也蠻多店的，邊走邊逛也蠻有趣的。很推薦對riad有興趣的旅行者。對亞洲人也很友善。

Un excellent séjour, riad caché dans une rue typique. Personnel extrêmement gentil, la chambre était spacieuse, très confortable et climatisée !

Excelente riad muy limpio y extraordinariamente tranquilo. Personal realmente pendiente y atento. El único pero es el acceso. Como casi todos los riada en el centro de la medina solo se puede acceder caminando por calles angostas e irregulares. Difícil para personas mayores. Por lo demás excelente
