A beautiful incredibly relaxed oasis in the heart of Marrakech. Nadia is a perfect host with a welcoming helpful team. The courtyard and roof terrace are beautiful. The food delicious and the rooms just right. Perfectly placed to explore. And when I realised I had left my earrings they found and sent them back to me

We spend three days and three nights in Marrakech at The Riad Vert.

This place blew our minds due to its charm, intimate atmosphere, great taste on the interior design, cute and charming interior square. The charm of the people that took care of us during our stay elevated our stay.

A special mention to our wise and knowledgeable local guide, I would call it mentor - Abraham - Abrhem, (probably not writing his name properly, it was like an Abraham for us due to his wisdom), It was was an absolute delight to learn from him and his point of view of the city, it’s cultures, the Bereber culture and its country.

An additional special mention to Nadia and her team that shared with us some local tips, places and tricks such as maps.me , great discovery - even thinking of using it in other countries ,

After being at Riad Vert and had spent time with his team and Abraham, we feel we now have an idea of the rich Moroccan culture and we certainly feel a bit wiser and closer to learning his/our roots.

I have stayed at Riad Vert twice and there is no other place I would rather be in Marrakech.

It is a home away from home.

The team become like family.

I have stayed on my own & also as a couple.

The riad is beautiful and extremely well appointed and serviced.

The staff are professional yet incredibly warm and sincere.

The rooms are individually styled yet all lovely.

The rooftop, with lounges and a plunge pool, captures the breeze and the Call To Prayer.

The food is ‘bnine’!! (Delicious)

Laundry, drinks, snacks, day trip bookings, anything you need is taken care of with a smile.

We were at the riad during the recent earthquake and I cannot praise the team enough for their calm leadership to keep all the guests safe during the night and in the 24hrs after with no electricity (out of their control - due to the impact of the quake on the infrastructure of the entire Medina).
They made every effort and beyond to make everyone comfortable in very difficult circumstances and still with a comforting smile.
I will never be able to thank them enough.

I love the neighborhood where Riad Vert is located- you get to know the faces in the street and they get to know you.
Kicking a football with the local kids, greeting the shopholders with each passing, exchanging smiles with the mums and grandmas.

It is a great way to experience the real, everyday life of the Medina.

I will be back again!!

Lovely Riad with incredibly warm and helpful staff. Greeted with an overview of how to get round and helpful tips for tourists. Had 2 meals at the Riad and both were excellent. Plenty of loungers on the roof terrace and small pool to dip in and cool off. Rooms were spotless. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I can’t say enough about how much we loved this small Riad.

From the moment when I first emailed about our stay through to the moment we left, our interactions and communication with all of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The main manager, Nadia, was superb. The moment we arrived, a bit weary from a long day, she served us tea, and helped us get acclimated the important things to know about the Medina and getting around in Marrakech. Her pointers, like the fact that streets labeled ‘Derb’ were dead ends, have been immensely helpful as we’ve continued on elsewhere in Morocco.

And top of stellar service, the food is incredibly yummy! We loved eating in the courtyard which is so cozy and well appointed. Also, our room was so lovely, again cozy, the bed and mini sofa topped soft blankets and velvet pillows. There was this incredibly amazing exotic fragrance perpetually wafting through the room that I couldn’t figure out the origin of, but greeted us each time we walked in.

The location of the Riad is a bit off the beaten path as many mention, but my partner and I truly enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, getting a feel for the local community energy. We felt safe both day and night.

Nadia and her team have a great place to stay, a little bit out of the centre but you get a feel of the local vibe. Good comfy bed in our room with powerful shower. We had breakfast every day and dinner twice and the food was fresh and delicious - compliments to the chef!! We were given a helpful map and good tourist safety tips. We booked the hamam via the riad, Hamam de la Rose which was a fantastic experience.

if you’re reading this it means you’re thinking about staying at Riad Vert. For that I am extremely jealous of you and cannot emphasis how much you need to book this extraordinary Riad right now! We stayed for 3 nights for a last minute trip to Marrakech and what an amazing time we had. The service provided by Nadia, Abdilah and the rest of the incredible staff at Riad Vert is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. The staff arranged our airport transfers and where our taxi couldn’t drive Abdilah came our and met us so we found our way safely. After a comfortable and peaceful sleep in our beautifully decorated room, we had an excellent breakfast. This remained true for the rest of our trip (breakfast extras are available and recommended!!). After breakfast, Nadia took some time telling us about Marrakech, she provided us with a map and plenty of detail to make us nervous travellers feel completely at ease. You can book lots of activities through the Riad. We did not have enough time to do all the activities we wanted so choose wisely, for example some of the Hammams we had wanted to visit were fully booked. Nadia will help you with booking so do make use of this lovely ladies talent! We cannot recommend a tour with the kind and wise Ibraham enough. We did this on our first day which is a must!! Ibraham has a head full of knowledge and a great love for his city. Our tour lasted 3 hours and included many laughs. Ibraham made us feel so confident navigating the souks alone following our trip so if you are feeling any apprehension (as we previously were!) you must speak with Nadia and Ibraham. You must try Fatimas dishes also! What a great introduction to the extraordinary dishes that compromise Moroccan cuisine. Thank you Fatima! I could keep blabbing on about how amazing this Riad is but no words could ever fully explain how extraordinary this place and its staff are. Experience it for yourself and book now!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Very clean, bed & towels changed daily and they can do laundry if requested. All of the staff were great, very attentive with any requests we had. Nadia welcomed us with a smile and helped us get our bearings with the area and our plans. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Absolutely magnificent Riad, all details from the rooms, the amazingly cooked food, the offered taxi service, the people to the hospitality, everything was just perfect and we felt very comfortable. Can highly recommend Riad Vert for your stay in Marrakech.

Lovely traditional Riad in the Medina. Very clean ( room Cleaned and bed made daily ) great authentic Moroccan food for both dinner and breakfast. Nice welcoming and professional staff. Would definitely return although may choose a Riad closer to city gates to avoid hassle from kids offering guiding services outside the Riad. The Medina is notoriously bad for getting lost !

Great venue close to the Medina and a number of other attractions on foot or via quick taxi ride.

This is a wonderful venue hidden behind a nondescript door with large, amazing rooms, a cooling central courtyard, a relaxing pool to cool your backside in on the rooftop and, most importantly, quality service from genuinely caring staff.

The usual warnings apply to the surrounding streets -- hucksters in the Medina will try to annoy you, local kids will expect payment to carry your bags, local youths will try to scam you -- but this place is an oasis amid the madness you can find in Marrakesh.

Low prices, good wifi, comfortable surrounds (although non-Muslims may find the calls to prayer from the nearby mosque too loud at the wrong end of a late night in a local club), friendly service and a trouble-free stay is what you will find here.

The stay in Riad Vert was a whole new experience! Isabel leads her riad with a lot of love and passion. It feels like coming home because she is making you feel so welcome! You can ask her and the stuff anything and they are always happy to help you. The rooms are really beautiful, the patio is a tiny oasis with the palm trees and the little font. On the rooftop there are a lot of cacti, a beautiful terrace and a tiny but gorgeous jacuzzi.

I highly recommend Isabelle, her staff and her riad! It was an amazing time. Thank you for everything!

We had such a great time during out stay at Riad Vert. If you want to experience old Marrakech, inside the medina, Riad Vert is just the place for you to stay! The staff were amazing, telling us what we needed to know and exactly how to get about and where to visit. They were most friendly, hospitable and the food was exceptional! We organised a trip to the Atlas mountains through them which was amazing. The riad is absolutely stunning! The room was cleaned each day to a high standard. Everything about this place is just lovely. Can't recommend highly enough!

Very friendly staff and super helpful. Food is great too and our room is spotlessly cleaned everyday.

The main Souk is about 25 min walk. Taxi back is between 30 to 40dhm.

It was January so the roof canapy is covered and they heat the area in evening. Rooms were lovely and cosy.
Can't fault it. I really hope we can return again soon. Maybe longer next time!

Absolutely loved this Riad. Its very friendly & food is amazing (we have had breakfast & dinner). Its very quite and relaxing, which is a nice change to the craziness from the souk outside. Recommended, its deffinatly the place to stay

I really liked this place, nice people, nice music, nice terrace and lovely rooms, in a popular yet beautiful area. Good advice also for the various activities they can help to arrange.
