Riad Due

Riad Due is perfection. Stunning rooms and space, fantastic staff, great location. Elena and her team are so helpful and made our stay feel like home.

Where to start! What an utterly delightful Riad. We were 4 in our party, taking up two of the 4 eclectic rooms on offer. From the moment we stepped through the beautiful hidden doorway, Elena, Rashid and their team made us feel at home. The inner courtyard has a calm yet enticing style all turquoise and cerulean tiled planters and rose petals.
You feel the weight of the world and the noise and wonderous chaos of Marrakech melt away inside the Riads 4 walls. The rooms are quirky, charming and full of character and detail.
The library is full of the types of coffee table books we'd all love to own but somehow forget to buy, it's a bold room, perfect for researching future adventures and Marrakech treasures.
The roof terrace has a kitch resort feel, stripped loungers and palm tree cushions.The plunge pool felt cool and smell of Roses lingers up from the courtyard to the balcony above.
Each morning our breakfast comprised, amongst other treats, of homemade pastries and bread, fresh fruit and Moroccan eggs.
There was mint tea overflowing, always accompanied by homemade biscuits and candies.
Elena organised different spots for us to eat each night, all of course incredible, there was nothing too small an ask.
Our tired bones where brought back to life by an in house massage, one of the best I've ever had.
On our last night the kitchen prepared a feast which we ate on the roof terrace saying goodbye to Marrakech whilst planing for our next visit.

I absolutely cannot recommend Riad Due highly enough! It is so beautiful, hidden behind a beautiful old door and as you enter the most tranquil and elegant courtyard. Living trees and plants with elegant tiles in greens and blues, opulent yet simple furniture upholstered in luxurious velvets and satins. The style here is peaceful and a perfect fusion of modern and traditional.
Elena and her staff greet you with tea and deliciously elegant little home made biscuits before showing you to your room.
There are only four rooms each one surprisingly decorated in a different style. Much more opulent than anything you might have at home, yet so comfortable this instantly is your home from home. The hospitality was warm but not invasive and the food delicious, healthy and fresh.
If you get the chance to stay even just a. couple of nights I urge you to go! Give my love to your wonderful hostess and tell her we'll be back.

Marrakesh - the red city full of vibrant colors, stimulus for all senses and the Riad Due a beautiful oasis filled w beauty and style in the heart of the city. Perfectly located in the middle of the Medina, in walking distance to all historical sights and must see places. Decorated in a mix of oriental and modern European style w spacious rooms to the patio it offers a refreshing break from the buzzing life of the streets. Welcomed and accompanied during our stay by Elena (the soul of the Riad) and Rashid (the heart of the Riad) we received wonderful recommendations of restaurants, must see places, shopping guidance and excursion ideas. The rooms at the Riad are wonderful, the food superb - dinner is a must! Highly recommend the stay at Riad Due - truly unique and a beautiful experience

Luxury Riad, centrally located in the Medina. It's beautifully designed, the suites and bathroom are massive, courtyard is cool and the roof terrace is stunning.
Elena, the lovely host is super professional and helpful, she gives great tips of activities, places to go and all important things to know.
Location of the Riad is great too, walking distance to colourful souks, cool cafes & restaurants.

Fantastic four bedroom Riad, feels like home.
The decor and service is amazing. The rooms are huge.
A wonderful rooftop particularly at breakfast and sunset.
Elena is always eager to help with everything and Rashid the Kindest of waiters.

We had an absolutely amazing stay we had at Riad Due. This is a beautiful property and the team there are so welcoming and on hand to book excursions and offer excellent restaurant recommendations. We were so impressed and it was a perfect stay. The Riad is set slightly off the Souk area and is very peaceful whilst maintaining the lively atmosphere. Rashid & Jameela were incredible hosts. The dinner at the Riad is well worth booking for a taste of local cuisine. As well as the plunge pool there is a beautiful warm sun terrace which was perfect to enjoy drinks in the evening.

Our experience at Riad Due was wonderful from booking to departure. Elena & her team know exactly how to create a welcoming environment in their peaceful, quaint riad that is covered in thoughtful & engaging design elements, arts, and plants.
And, we highly recommend at least one dinner at their Riad – easily our favourite of the trip.

We think this was our best hotel experience. We felt very welcome and mostly like at home. It was so nice to be back at the riad in the evenings. The food was excellent and the team is very kind and attentive. It felt very personal and it felt definitely as a part of the Moroccan culture. Elena gave us many recommendations and she was very helpful. The riad is beautiful and cozy. We also slept very well. The location is perfect: 5 min walk to the museums. It is very safe too. We will miss this place very much. We recommend it to everyone !

Riad Due is a real gem in the heart of Marrakech. A perfect combination of tradition, design and art.

Unfortunately it was fully booked but I had the chance to visit the place thanks to the host Elena which has been so kind to take me around for a tour.

I hope to stay there for my next trip.

We traveled to Morocco for our honeymoon and stayed at Riad Due for 2 nights during the end of our trip. We are so thankful and appreciative of Elena and her team’s hospitality - Riad Due was a home away from home. starting from our welcome drink, Elena took the time to get to know us and our trip so far, and even though we only had very little spare time left, she recommended us a list of fantastic cafes, restaurants, and less well-known attractions to visit in our limited time. Her recommendations were tailored to our taste, and we truly appreciated having a local recommend us these hidden gems. The Riad is beautifully designed, and being a boutique hotel with four rooms, their staff truly offers the kind of heart and attention you don’t experience at bigger hotels. Genuine smiles and checking in on us to ensure our stay is comfortable at all times, we only wished we had stayed there for longer! Truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location and a true riad experience.

The most beautiful hotel with the best staff — So helpful, so kind and so hospitable! We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back and visit next time we are in Marrakech. Bonus tip: enjoy dinner at the hotel and a massage with the hotel as well, both were incredible! Thank you Elena and team for taking such good care of us!

Elena, Rachid and team are incredibly warm and welcoming and go above and beyond in insuring your stay is one of relaxation and comfort. Elena, the riad manager, gave great local tips for getting the most out of our stay in Marrakech. She takes the time to get to know her guests which makes the experience that much more pleasant. On top of the amazing service, the riad itself is very aethetically pleasing. So many colours, patterns, comfy places to relax on the terrace among the vast array of cacti... I highly recommend this place to everyone. Especially if you are wanting a central location in the old city close to delicious restaurants and the taxi pick up for easy transportation to locations outside of the medina. The rooms face inward to an open air courtyard (with a pool). This lends to the incredibly quiet atmosphere of the riad considering it is in the middle of the bustling old city. Bonus, the food and pastries are delicious too! I will be back again!

We reserve inns and hotels around the world and Riad Due is one of our absolute favorite places in the world. This is a must stay place mainly due to Elena and her fabulous staff. Great location. Excellent food. So lucky to have reserved the entire riad. Thank you so much for everything. See you again in February 2022!

I stayed here for 3 nights recently and it was a delightful experience. Elena and the team are fantastic hosts who really go the extra mile to make things super comfortable for your stay.

The place itself looks amazing and you’re immediately drawn in by the courtyard/lobby of the riad with its modern yet traditional feel. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean.

Aside from the place itself, I would highly recommend following Elena’s advice on restaurants, bars, and things to do. A person of refined taste with great knowledge of the city, Elena’s recommendations were spot on and I enjoyed all the places.

I would be more than happy to stay here when visiting Marrakech again. Thank you to Elena and the team. :)

Five stars for how fancy and beautiful it was! Spa-like setting with a relaxing waterfall in the center of the riad. We had a massive suite that included a luxurious bathroom, sitting room, bedroom, and space for 2 kids. It was all wonderfully decorated and had all the comforts you need to feel at home. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We had dinner there the first night which was delicious, although on the expensive side. Downside would be a bit of lack of privacy. The sounds travels throughout the riad easily so you can hear the relaxing fountain, or other guests having their breakfast.

Elena and the lovely hosts of Riad Due are just exceptional. The pictures do not do justice to how incredible the property is. They have also done some beautiful beautiful renovations that give such a lovely energy. You feel instantly at home. Breakfast dinner and service are like nothing you will ever experience. Could not recommend more. Also for anyone staying in the medina, this is the best location as it is easy to exit and also explore. Will be back!

Quirky riad. Some great ideas. Owner always ready to help suggest things to do, and happy to help arrange things. Tasty breakfasts, full of yummy local delicacies. And you should eat dinner here at least once during your stay. Fantastic views from the rooftop.
