Location was perfect, just tucked away off the busy markets and if you're easily lost in the maze of the streets the staff is willing to walk you through the maze to get you where you need to go.

Room was stunning, rooftop was perfect for a view of the city during breakfast. A perfect place to relax.

We opened the door to Riad Kheirredine and we were immediately welcomed and felt relaxed. The staff was attentive throughout our entire stay and they were so knowledgeable about the area. The rooftop pool, dining area and the many areas to relax were so beautiful. We watched the sunrise every morning over a wonderful breakfast that kept us full way past lunch. In addition, we enjoyed the sunsets with a bottle of wine with the Atlas mountains in the background. The Hamman experience was beyond words! It was one of the most unqiue and relaxing experiences we've had at a spa. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff straightened our room and did a nightly turn down every day! Overall, we cannot say enough positive things about our stay.

We had such an amazing stay at Riad Kheirredine! The staff was all so lovely and really made the trip special. The facilities, rooms and rooftop are all fantastic. The staff supplied us with a phone which had data so we could find our way around and call for help if we got lost. Couldn’t recommend this Riad more!

Myself and my sister had the most fantastic experience at Riad Kheirredine. We stayed for 4 nights and were treated like queens the entire stay. The staff are amazing and catered to our every need - never experienced service like it despite having travelled loads.
We really enjoyed our Moroccan dinner the first evening which was the best food we had during our trip. Breakfast is also great with good variety and table service. Can eat inside or outside which is a nice choice.
You are given a phone when you leave the Riad which is really reassuring and gives peace of mind knowing you're safe and the staff will organise touk touks, escort you to the main taxi rank and organise taxis on your behalf. Felt really safe in a city which can be crazy.

An excellent Riad with top notch service. It's located a bit further from the main square and easy to get lost, but the Riad offers a service where someone is always available to walk you out and you can call them (they provide a phone) to have someone meet you to walk you back to the Riad.

We ate dinner there a couple of times and food was excellent. Breakfast was always great as well.

The room we booked was large and the amenities provided were great. They provide a free laundry option as well which was helpful!

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Just spent 5 nights at the Riad Kheirredine and I can say without doubt that I've never had better hotel service in my life. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There are only a small number of suites so they can attend closely to all the guests. Upon arrival, the lady at the desk asked about our excursions and dinner plans, then called the tour providers and restaurants on our behalf to make reservations and arrange taxis (if you book through hotel, it is only 50DH compared to 100DH+ elsewhere). The rooms were beautiful, always clean, and they have the stealthiest maid service. We never saw them! No waking us up early or disturbing us... just always came back to a clean room.

You are also right in the middle of everything. 3 mins walking to Souks, 5 mins to main square, 15 mins to Jardin Majorelle.

Riad Kheirredine is not only stylish and comfortable, but it's also the perfect place to relax and unwind during your vacation. And the service was outstanding! From arranging transportation to providing recommendations for the best places to eat, they had everything covered.

And the best part? We even received a complimentary smartphone to use during our stay, allowing us to navigate the city with ease. It was incredibly convenient and a real added bonus!

They have a cozy restaurant with a fireplace where we indulged in delicious meals, and the cozy seating on the rooftop allowed us to relax and enjoy the city's skyline.

We also learned that they are planning to expand Riad Kheirredine even further! I'm really looking forward to a return visit to see how it turns out. After this experience, I'm already longing to go back to Marrakech and Riad Kheirredine. If I ever return, there's no other place I'd rather stay. It's a real gem!🙌🏻🏆

We were made to feel incredibly welcome from the start of our stay to the end. The Riad is beautiful and clean. The area is 100% safe. Wonderful rooftop for breakfast and lounging in the sun. Their hammam is worth a visit! Loved our stay!!

We had the best stay here. The service was unbelievable. All the staff happy and smiling and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious. The roof terrace was so pretty. We will definitely be back.

Elena was a perfect host, she took care of everything we needed during our stay. The Riad is absolutely beautiful. The food is excellent, we ordered the lamb shoulder in advance which was delicious. They serve a really nice breakfast until 1 pm. The service in the restaurant was excellent and they cared about all our wishes.

I had the most wonderful stay here for my 40th Birthday. The Riad is beautiful and like a little oasis in the middle of busy Marrakech. The best thing though was how wonderful and caring the staff are. They went out of their way to look after us and make my birthday so special. I was so sad to leave. This is simply an extraordinary and spectacular hotel and what makes it so incredibly perfect is the team that runs it. They never say no, always smiling to find a solution to all requests.

We had booked the Riad as an exclusive rental for our family for celebrating a special occasion and the team rose to meet every demand and every request. The Riad itself is so incredibly beautiful and well appointed, it’s the epitome of exotic luxury. Our group is very well traveled to all parts of the world and have stayed in top tier hotels everywhere and the Riad measures up to all of them exceedingly well.

During our 4 days stay in Marrakesh we had planned many outside events and our main contact at the Riad, Siham, personally got involved and arranged each and every one of them, going back and forth with each of the establishments on my behalf to ensure every event went flawlessly.

I don’t remember the various individuals who made our stay so wonderful but my heartfelt appreciation to all of them. A very special mention to Siham who single handedly made our entire visit to Marrakesh memorable and truly a once in a lifetime experience.

If I could give 7 stars, I would unhesitatingly do so.

Incredible riad is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed, after traveling around the world, this is just magnificent, the service from all staff is better than any luxury or chain hotel, Jana our host gave us the best service, she and all her colleagues made us feel secure after explaining everything in Morocco so we move after that very easy, they provide a phone, so in case your carrier doesn’t work you can reach out for help and they will do everything for you, laundry is something very helpful and is free, the breakfast is just incredible everything is fresh, and with the best service provided by Abdul. Thanks to all in the riad, we will surely return!

This is a truly special Riad. We stayed for 6 nights, and did not want to leave. The rooms, common spaces, restaurant, and hammam are exquisitely designed and decorated to create a luxurious, personal, and peaceful experience. Every physical detail has been thought through and executed beautifully. But the most striking thing for me about Riad Kheirredine are the people who work there. The genuine kindness and warmth of the staff is different from any hotel I have ever visited. The staff magically anticipated our needs and made us feel like family. Every request we made was met with exceptional warmth and care. Picture the best concierge experience you’ve had and multiply that by 10! They arranged guides to orient us to the souks, drivers to take us to various activities, and even helped us arrange a complicated shopping situation. And the restaurant is excellent and offers a wonderful variety of Moroccan and Italian options. You will not regret booking here!!

a hidden gem in marrakesh. all the reviews about the insane hospitality is true - i felt the staff anticipated every need and went above & beyond for all 3 nights we stayed there. great for couples who want a riad experience, and highly recommend the spa - the massage and hammam were out of this world.

As a global luxury traveler I have to say this Riad exceeded my expectations in every respect. Location is perfect for medina exploration. Food and food service was great but the truly outstanding characteristic was the front desk/staff care and attention to their guests. Hind (our concierge) made us feel welcome, safe and attended to in every way. We stayed at a Fairmont and a Four Seasons (Casablanca and Tangier) and the service here was equal or better 😎
