Riad Dar Assiya - Le Grand

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the Riad Dar Assiya. The riad is breathtakingly beautiful, but what really brings it to life is the friendly and dedicated staff who helped us with wonderful recommendations of things to do in Marrakech. The breakfast they prepare is absolutely delicious and the location is walking distance from anything you would want to see. Really couldn’t recommend this riad enough. Thank you for a gorgeous stay!

We stayed at the Riad Dar Assiya - Le Grand for one night in late September 23' while in transit in Marrakech.
Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay there. We appreciated everything from the welcome to the quality of the rooms and the lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend it!

Riad Dar Assiya is a captivating oasis in Marrakech, blending traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comforts. The welcoming hosts ensure a remarkable stay, making you feel like a part of their family.

The food at Dar Assiya is a gastronomic delight. Aromatic spices, fresh ingredients, and skillful preparation make each meal an unforgettable experience. The homemade tagine, with its tender meat and perfectly balanced flavors, is a must-try. Breakfasts are a feast, featuring delectable pastries, fresh fruits, and traditional Moroccan pancakes.

The rooms are cozy, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, making for a restful retreat after a day of exploring. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the city and surrounding mountains, creating an enchanting atmosphere for sipping mint tea or enjoying a romantic sunset.

In addition, the riad's location is convenient, nestled in the heart of the Medina, yet providing a serene escape from the bustling streets. Riad Dar Assiya exceeded my expectations in every aspect and I highly recommend it for a truly magical Moroccan experience.

The Riad Dar Assiya was absolutely stunning, beautiful and the perfect location (In the heart of the medina), the staff was very welcoming and helpful to all of our needs.
Mouad was the sweetest nicest and most attentive person and helped with all of our questions. The rooms were very detailed and gorgeous, and let’s not forget; very peaceful. It is such a stunning hotel, probably one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. (VERY PICTURESQUE). The Moroccon breaksfast was delicious and I LOVED the presentation. We had such a WONDERFUL experience in Morocco thanks to you guys at the Riad Dar Assiya.

My husband and I were in Marrakech celebrating my 40th birthday, and Dar Assiya was absolute perfection. We arrived in the middle of the night due to a canceled flight, and the riad could not have been more accommodating meeting us and getting us settled in at that hour. We woke up to a fantastic breakfast, and I was blown away seeing the spectacular architecture and decor for the first time. Our favorite meal while in Marrakech was at the riad. We had appetizers in a stunning lounge area and moved to the courtyard for dinner. Dar Assiya was an excellent value. I can't imagine a more wonderful experience in Marrakech at any price point. We stayed in the Deuria suite, which was lovely and highly recommended!

Beautiful Riad. Staff can’t do enough to keep you comfortable and feeling at ease. Dinner cooked by the chef was delectable and it’s a convenient location for exploring the Médina on foot. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic! The rooms are amazing as is the location of the riad. The service was also excellent. My husband and I were leaving very early in the morning the day we checked out and they went out of their way to ensure we had a full breakfast before departing. Absolutely delightful! I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is great, I was traveling with my wife and two daughters. The room was perfect, very well decorated, the staff was very friendly and helped us with all we needed, delicious home made breakfast/dinner. We had an excellent experience in Marrakech and this riad/dar was defenitly part of it.

It's a real charming, stunning place,in the heart of Medina. All is perfect, staff, rooms, a beautiful terrace and food. Very very comfortable and peaceful. My special thanks to miss Valeria and miss Bianca!

Relaxed and very helpful staff in the heart of the medina. Amazing accomodations for my family of 5. Went so far as to provide me a cell phone for local calls. Arranged guides, arranged home cooked meals, airport pickup, staff come and walk you back if you cant find your way to the riad, etc.

As beautiful as the pictures. The team couldn't have made us feel more at home. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. A quiet place in the bustle of this incredible city. Couldn't recommend more.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour durant le mois de janvier 2024. Le personnel est aux petits soins et attentif à ce que tout se passe bien. Un grand merci à eux.
Le déjeuner est excellent. Notre chambre était somptueuse.
La terrasse sur le toit du Ryad très appréciée pour y boire un thé à la menthe accompagné d'une chicha.
