Café Kessabine

One of the highest spots around the medina guarrantees for top view. There are two levels og roof top terraces, but the building is limited and thus there are limited seating. Food is good, but the coffee we got was a bit bitter. This is one of the places that you should start with to get the hang of the medina and the upper souks.

Great place to grab a small bite near the center of the Medina!! I had a few Moroccan tacos here and they were quite tasty.

Café Kessabine has multiple floors, and the rooftop is seriously a great place to relax, and drink some Moroccan tea in the evening.

The view of the Medina from here in the evening is mesmerizing.♥

Best food I’ve had in Marrakech after 5 days here, very tasty Tanjin with egg plant, Marrockan salad and meat skewers!!!
We got free Olives when we arrived..The personal is super nice and friendly, our waiter Younes was fun also!! Highly recommend 🌟

It's was one of the best experience in Morocco especially coming into this restaurant. AbdelHadi made this place our chilling spot. I would come beck again just to feel the vibe. The food was really good.

Was in Marrakesh for a week and visited this restaurant almost everyday! Instantly fell in love, the food, the place and most importantly the staff were so so kind and friendly and accommodating. Also a special mention to yammy the cat!

I love Tajine Barkouk (Tajine with meat and prunes), so I was looking for my fix in Marrakech. Really loved the Tajine from this restaurant, the meat was perfectly cooked and the flavour was amazing. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some authentic Tajine!

Friendly and cheerful staff. Good local food at reasonable prices. Centrally located with panoramic views.
We were charged the prices as displayed in the menu with no hidden extras. Also given an itemised, printed receipt so it was easily checked, unlike other nearby places.

Amazing food, phenomenal service and an awesome view overlooking the square. Reasonable prices too unlike a lot of the tourist trap restaurants in the square.

Cafe Kessabine was recommended to us by the owner of our Riad. I think we went there pretty much every day of our holiday. The staff are so kind, friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed the menu and the fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. This little restaurant was amazing! The beef tagline with dried grapes and onions was delicious and a really good portion. We shared a tagine and samosa between the two of us with 2 bottles of water and it came to £14! Staff were friendly and would definitely recommend

Waiter Abdel Hadi was a great help and top guy. Amazing service. Great food. Would definitely recommend. Terrace seats give good view of Jemaa el fnaa. Will be back soon to see Abdel Hadi again!

We discovered this beautiful gem of a place at the square, we came across the waiter Abdul Hadi who delivered great customer service, the Tacos was very delicious and also the Mint Tea.

Abdelhadi was the best thing about this place. We only visited this because of Abdelhadi. He was a very nice person, very funny person. We visited 4 times just because of him and will only come back too this place because off him. I see him as a brother now.

We had supper at this Cafe. The food was very good, nothing special though.
It is worth visiting this place because of the views you get from their terrace. Especially nice during sunset.

Great chicken sticks, very friendly personnel and flexible with the orders. 10/10 would recommend!
