Dellarosa Hotel Suites & Spa

Hotel is well appointed, comfortable and well serviced. Suite was large, clean and cool. Breakfast had a good choice of fresh food and self service seemed to work well.
Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Karim (manager)was especially welcoming.

Great staff, everything was immaculate, perfect location.

On our February 25 arrival we a told to sit and tea and biscuits were brought to us. Then, we checked in.

Everybody there went out of their way to help us, especially the front desk manager. I asked how to work the air conditioner and three minutes later someone appeared at my room to explain. There was a small issue with my room (all rooms have them), and the front desk manager went out of his was to fix it. Everything I requested they reponded to fast and courteously. This hotel staff WANTS to make guests happy.

The hotel is on a pleasant street with every type of restaurant very close. The restaurants were not only close, they were good. It is located between the Kasbah and Guelize, each within walking distance.

My only word of caution is to avoid rooms with an inner door that connects to the next room. The door is not soundproof at all.

Was not sure while booking is it would be great choice but was pleasantly surprised when arrived, very welcoming staff. Great location. The spa at hotel is also amazing. Only drawback was the room was bit cold for my liking , I visited in Feb , no tea/coffee provided in room, but apart from this everything else great. I will definitely stay here again

Me and my husband chose to stay at Dellarosa Boutique hotel for a getaway and we did not regret staying here!

From the moment we walked in, the service was lovely, we got served welcome snacks and tea by reception staff whilst we waited for our room to be ready for check in as we came early.

The Staff are helpful and kind there which made the experience even nicer. The hotel is simply stunning. And the swimming pool can be seen from the hotels grounds which is so pretty. Breakfast was great too, lots of halal food options and delicious pastries.

We stayed at the privilege double room which met our standards. The only issue we had was the shower floor kept leaking everytime we took showers which we had to place towels on the floor for. I think there was some sort of crack there which cause the leaks on the shower.

Housekeeping was good too, they cleaned our room nicely and gave us an iron upon request.

The hotel was a close walk away from nearby restaurants which was great if you wanted to stay close to the hotel in the evening.

We found a great halal burger place a 3-4 min walk away from the hotel called “Be Cheese” and the burgers were amazing!

The hotel has a restaurant which serves both breakfast and dinner, but we didn’t eat dinner there.

Taxis were cheap to get from our hotel, we used an app on our phones to order taxis, they only accept cash so have Dirhams to hand. There was a money exchange place near the hotel which we exchanged money from, the rates were pretty good.

All in all we would totally recommend staying at this hotel as it’s sooooo close to all the landmarks in Marrakesh, such as Le jardin secret, Jema el Fna square, ysl Museum, jardin majorelle and the souks! About a 8-10 min drive from the hotel to the places listed above, which was amazing!

Lovely staff. Very nice and well organized lobby. Works very well for vacations and family visits.

The staffs are simply the best. The likes of Mohammed etc. I was shocked to see most of them going above and beyond to satisfy customer's. The front desk is super, the restaurant guys are good, even cleaners, especially when they know you don't speak French, they do everything to help. Thanks guys, would recommend the hotel anytime

I like this hotel! This was my forth stay at Dellarosa! It's both elegant and cosy. The atmosphere is very welcoming and attractive. The lounges and dining room are light and peaceful (enough space). The staff is highly professional, friendly and helpful. You can see every day that the capable kitchen staff really want do varied and delicious breakfasts and dinners.

Fabulous hotel. Such a calm comfortable environment. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Restaurant food and service both exceptional. Loved the roof terrace too.

Location is good, 15mins walk to the souks. Good distance to get away from the hustle and bustle for a bit. Near good reataurants too. All staff are friendly and helpful, most especially Youssef who is so proactive and who always have a big smile. He called us a taxi to the airport, and then rushed to help another client right after us. Commendable!
Good breakfast too, they have selections of pastries, bread and cold meats. Very pleased that they have Morrocan hot food for breakfast. Only fault I could comment on is that most of the gym equipments do not work, and that is one of the main reasons why I booked the hotel because of the gym. Overall, great stay!

Excellent experience during my short stay! The room and bathroom were clean and that’s pretty much the biggest factor for me. The hotel has a calm and pleasing aesthetic overall and is a nice retreat from the hot sun and busy Marrakech streets.

All the staff I interacted with were professional and helpful. I could hear some street traffic at night from my room but it was not overwhelming. I would definitely return next time I’m in Marrakech.

I used the spa service only and was served by kautor (I might be spelling it wrong) and she was lovely and I had a really good massage. Will definitely come back

It's our last day today at Dellarosa Hotel and its been lovely.
My partner and I came for Christmas and New Year and we have had a lovely holiday here.
The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are so lovely and helpful.
Dellarosa showered us with a spectacular New Year at the hotel, with traditional Morocan dancing, music, party hats and masks and a
delicious 4 course meal with more dancing to end a wonderful evening.
We will definitely be returning here again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I am a Vegan and they catered for my diet without hesitation and I was impressed with the food. The room was nice and clean and I believe they were in the process of updating the rooms. The only problem that I had was the noise from the generator outside, it kept me awake but my companion slept through this. I didn't mention my issue with the generator to the staff. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. It is situated in a nice location only 15-20 minutes walk to the center.

The hotel was súper. The room was so big and beautifical. Thanks to Jammal, he took care of my sister and me like if we were his family. He was so kind, anda made feel the hotel like home ❤

Hotel perfectly located and very quiet . Cleanliness and comfort beyond reproach. The staff is very efficient and attentive to the customers.  The breakfast is very good and complete. The room is quite large and modern. The reception is very good. We highly recommend this establishment. And thank to madam Jihan for his service. Thanks a lot
