Dar Crystal

Great experience staying at Dar Crystal. We stayed there for 4 nights over weekend. When we arrived, we were expecting a hotel-like-exterior, but it actually looked like a house from the outside ! Which, turns out, is what a "riad" is, a house with a courtyard in the centre; so are majority of the hotels that I saw during my stay.
It had a beautiful interior, antique looking, with gorgeous patterns, cozy rooms & good service. Mahdi and Zakaria helped us during our stay. Both were very hospitable and gracious. Especially Mahdi was very dedicated and made the stay comfortable for us.

Our stay in was amazing. Would highly recommend! The interior design was very tasteful and the location was great for exploring the medina! The service was A1 and would like to especially mention Medi (hopefully spelt correctly) as he was so attentive and a lovely lad to chat to! 4 star on location as the alleys it’s located in can be slightly sketchy late at night. Around the corner we got scammed by a fake “guide” who pressured us to give him money. All in all I’d still highly recommend Dar Crystal as a great Riad to explore Marrakech!

Best Riad that you will find. It is in the city center but very quite. The staff is super nice and does everything to make you feel like home, especially Mahdi.

Dar Crystal was spectacular. Since the arrival, Mehdi was fully commited and assisted us with the best areas to visit and nice restaurants, it was superb. Mehdi prepared an early bird breakfast because we had a tour arranged earlier than regular bkf time.

Zacaria was great, fully assisting at all times.

The maids and cuisiner were amazing, they answered all our questions even though it was not part of their duties.

Breathtaking Breakfast, clean and fully equiped room and beautiful every corner of it.

Dar Crystal is a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech. The riad itself is beautifully maintained and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis.

The staff are kind, welcoming and very professional. They went above and beyond during my trip. The manager Zac is very knowledgeable about Marrakech and is very helpful, we relied upon him for many different things during our stay and his help was invaluable every single time. He undoubtedly helped save us both time and money when arranging activities.

My family and I spent an entire week at the riad Dar Crystal.
We can only mention positive aspects: warm welcome, everyday cleaning of the rooms, kindness by all and everyone, excellent cuisine, support for any question we had.
Just to mention: we were looking for an introduction class to Arabic writing, we had some issues in organizing it and Zacharia, the person in charge of the riad, taught us the basics. Or when, tired after an entire day outside, they took our order for some takeaway from an outside restaurant. Or when we asked for a different menu that was not in their standards, that was not an issue either. The riad istself is really nice and it is very close to Palais Bahia, Palais El Bedi, the Souk, Plaza Jeema El Fna. We warmly recommend it for your staying in Marrakesh.

Thee riad is super beautiful and the breakfast great. It should be noted that Zakaria Moulay was super nice, kind and attentive throughout our stay. He even helped us to get to Marrakech airport. 5 stars!

The Riad Dar Crystal was clean and tidy; since we visited in winter, it was a bit cold (no heating in the rooms), but that was clear to us before arrival. Our host was very nice and helpful for us first-timers in Marrakech.
Tipp for visitors: try to book a room on the first floor for more privacy since the walls/doors/windows are very thin.

Outstanding hotel, the breakfast was perfect and beds were super comfortable.
The interior design of the living room was nothing but perfection!
Definitely come to this place whenever you have the opportunity to come to Marrakesh.

We had an excellent stay, the rooftop room was fabulous and the care and attention from Mehdi at reception was exceptional, thanks to Mehdi we were able to organize our stay perfectly!

We had a great time at Dar Crystal. Great room, great breakfast and amazing staff! They were very nice and helpful, especially Hamza. This is the place to stay in Marrakech!

Amazing riad, the rooms are great and the customer service is incredible. It is conveniently located if you want to rent a car, and it is 10 minutes away from the Jemaa el Fna square. Will come again next time we visit Marrakesh!

Nice "Riad" in the old city, few minutes walk from market and Bahia palace. The service was wonderful and the staff very helpful.
