Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived the staff were great. Rooms very nice and the beds are very comfy. Food was delicious, great choices. The spa is also a nice treat and not expensive at all. No issues getting a sunbed. The pool bar staff were very good. Entertainment on an evening was good finishing around 11pm. The bar closes at midnight. Shuttle bus daily to the medina, it drops you off at the Medina Gardens hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel. Booked trips at Mohamed’s shop as much cheaper than hotel. All the staff were brilliant.

Just returned from a week at Tikida, I cannot fault the cleanliness of all the hotel. The service of all staff was above and beyond and always with a smile. There was ample selection of food and drinks. We went with TUI and the reps were on hand if we needed them and there were plenty of trips to go on if we wanted too. Entertainment was good. The hotel have a pet donkey that you can feed fruit. There are plenty of pools and a lovely spa that does a very good massage. A bus is provided to and from the Medina, I would 100% recommend this place.

The staff couldn't do enough for you, the overall look is beautiful. I love the castellated look and the cabanas by the pool. The hamman experience was great too. Did have a few issues with some of the lifts not working and the menu was the same most days, with a few days of special menus, but may be as were out of season. The chef was brilliant, high praise. The reception staff were great. Only person did got appreciate as much was an older man who took our bags to the room as we were insistent we take our own and seemed to always be around wanting a tip. The hotel was very clean, and thought out design. It did get very noisy some evenings and full of girls playing music taking endless photos, Instagram?

Honestly, one of the most beautiful and clean hotels I think I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled a lot. The staff are absolutely incredible and helpful, super nice and friendly. The pools are just gorgeous and the spa is very reasonably priced. Honestly cannot fault it for the price to stay there. Had the best time thanks to TUI and the hotel staff!!!

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very helpful.
Food is ok. But never hot enough. Entertainment was questionable. Donkey was the best part, I think his enclosure needs to be bigger.

If you out alot use this taxi driver. He was an amazing guy. Great tour guide as well. He's park out the front and will take you anywhere Message +212 670-829866

Good hotel for a stay in Marrakech. Only the way to the center is a little bit far. But service, rooms and the food are worth to choose this hotel for accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff, great choice of different food. The dinner is really worth it. Pool area sometimes a little bit crowded.

Gorgeous grounds, exceptionally well kept and spotlessly clean. Lovely rooms and great food choice. Entertainment is excellent, too. Perfect choice for an adult only hotel

Loved this adult only hotel. Its half an hour from the airport and 20 mins by free hotel shuttle bus to the main square where the markets and souks are.
They speak English, French and Arabic.
The hotel has 4 pools, plenty of sunbeds with free pool towels and a lovely atmosphere. The gardens are big and beautifully kept with tennis courts and boules There is even a resident donkey who lives behind the spa. We had a twin bedded room with balcony, table and two chairs overlooking one of the pools. The bed was comfortable, tv within the mirror, sofa, tea and coffee making facilities and two large bottles of water, large bathroom with walk in shower. Soap dispenser and hairdryer. The shower floor is wood so can get slippery. There is good lighting in the bathroom
and a magnified make up mirror. If you stand back from the basin the mirror is big enough to see all of you.
Food is excellent with plenty of choice. Vegetarians well catered for. Tagines available every night.
Free hotel shuttle bus runs hourly on the hour all day from 10am and returns on the quarter hour but we got a taxi back which cost 100 Moroccan dirham which was £7.83. A word of warning if getting the shuttle bus to the main square. It drops you at Artisan Place and there are 'tour guides' who see you getting of an expensive hotel bus, and who want to show you round but they rip you off and just want to show you their mates businesses. Be careful of pick pockets too. From Artisan Place ,stop first at the Artisan building next to the coach stop and look at all the small art shops. Its free to see and really lovely. When you come out of there turn left and follow the road round to the main square which is opposite the big mosque. Don't make eye contact with the snake charmers as they want you to pay to look at the snakes. if you want to take a photo, put a family member in the foreground and get the snakes in the background. Haggle for what you want to buy. I asked how much a pashmina was and was told 500 dirham. I haggled him down to 150 dirham which was about £11.
We went in March and the weather was 26c during the day and about 10c at night.

There are numerous outside pools to suit everyone with plenty of sunbeds etc 😀 the gardens are beautifully kept and of course there's Fred the resident donkey that enjoys plenty of apples 🍎 and pears 🍐 . Great atmosphere great entertainment will definitely be returning for another stay and would highly recommend 👍

If you're looking for a little slice of luxury, away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, then this is the place to book.
Its chilled vibes offer the perfect location to relax. The staff are really helpful and the food is delicious.
There's a shuttle bus into Marrakech, and a taxi only takes 10 minutes.

Visiting the spa is a must, it's a wonderful experience.

Really confortable, amazing swimmingpools, gym, restaurants, bars, gardens, tenis courts... There's not much more you can ask for. Great international food and wine. Room temperature and silence perfect all of the time. They even have a free bus to town every hour or so, takes about 15 minutes. Really loved everything.

My daughter and I have just returned from an amazing week at the Tikida Gardens Hotel. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Our ground floor room was well situated and quiet, spacious and clean. The fridge was welcome for water.
We spent time enjoying the hotels facilities, including the spa, and time exploring outside of the hotel.
The staff here are truly amazing. So friendly and attentive. They genuinely cannot do enough for you. There is entertainment each evening which we enjoyed after our evening meal.
The restaurant staff are soooo friendly. We felt very 'looked after'. The food is beautifully cooked and presented. I am gluten free, this was not a problem. The chef took the time to reassure me about was was flour free and could cook anything to order without the flour. Again, nothing too much trouble.
Reception staff gave great advice and ensured we were safe on the many outings we enjoyed.
The grounds of this hotel are immaculate, the resident donkey enjoyed a visit each day!
No hesitation, I would recommend this hotel and can't wait to go again.

A beautiful hotel. Very peaceful and lots of places to sit and relax. Modern decor inside, very stylish.
The pools are freezing and only one Jacuzzi with no hand rails to get in.
If you’re all inclusive, the food can get boring and repetitive but good vegetarian options. The evening entertainment is awful. Cocktails all the same and i doubt they have any alcohol in them.
The bed sheets do not get changed for your entire stay and filthy blankets. The sun beds and parasols could do with fixing as most were broken. Lots of taxis available to go out of the resort but they overcharge as the hotel seems to set the price.
