We bought on last minute this all inclusive trip and we had no big expectations. However they welcomed us very politely giving all the necessary informations. Room was enough big and clean, comfortable bed, balcony and toilet separate from the shower. Despite arriving midday we had access to the buffet with a large selection of food, dessert and fruit. Many bars serving coffee, soft drink, alcoholic beverages.I was pleasently surprised to see the Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations followed every second day and night.
This resort is very recommended for guests who wants to relax after a very hectic work/ life style. During my stay I haven't seen anyone drunk , shouting, swearing or misbehaving. However for youngsters are few entertaining programs, the free shuttle bus can take you to the center of the city for more entertainment.
Staff very polite and smiling all time but I can see how much they work to make sure we have all we need. I can strongly recommend to make them feel that you appreciate their hard work tipping if you can afford.
If you travel with TUI, Ayoud will guide and explain you everything.
Be kind and patient, Marocco is a developing country with beautiful people and places to visit.
Thank you for making feel special my partner for his 50th birthday.
Thank you for having me and definitely I will come back soon.
Best wishes
Ana-Maria

Rooms are a little outdated which makes sense. It’s a nice resort with good amenities. The dishes were great as well sometimes lol but to be expected. I had a great stay

This was our first visit to Morocco and was completely blown away by the magnificent Hotel and staff. We travelled with my brother and sister in law. My brother in law has mobility issues, and we were amazed with the access to the pool and other locations for people with disabilities. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable with walk in showers. The food was very tasty with lots of different choices and styles of cuisine.
We as a couple are already planning a return visit as it was fabulous. The icing on the cake was the hotel's reaction when my sister in law got sick and had to call a doctor. The hotel got a doctor to her room and was treated and collected her prescription all within 40 mins.Knowing the staff would go that extra mile was very comforting. Top marks from myself and wife for a top grade holiday.

Just back from a fantastic family holiday. The hotel is everything you would hope for, rooms we were in were huge, clean and well appointed. The staff here are excellent, attentive without being overbearing and go out of their way to help. The animation staff in particular are superb, especially around the pool area. When they knew it was our last day/night several of the staff we'd become friendly with came to see us off, despite it being a huge place they remembered our names and even our drinks orders.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a base for an amazing family holiday, in all fairness you don't even have to leave the hotel grounds to have a good time but should you decide to do so then there are a plethora of trips available and the majority are collection from directly outside reception.

The most wonderful staff whatever their role. They are friendly, polite and work tirelessly to ensure you have everything you need without intruding. They remember your name, recognise you at dinner, in the bar, around the pool etc. The approach at this hotel is really unique.

There’s a lot of the world we’re yet to explore but every few years we need to visit again.

The hotel is just a few miles from the old city centre which is oozing with culture.

We cannot thank the team enough, especially this year.

Honestly, one of the best hotels resort I have ever been to. Came with my wife on this holiday and it has just been so great, from the first moment we walked into the hotel we knew straight away this hotel was going to be very accommodating and pleasant. The service here has been tremendous, the staff communicated well, the rooms were big and very clean. The hotel it self is huge, very greenery with lots of plants and trees to make it look like we’re were in the African forest. Such a beautiful hotel, the food was nice which was buffet with loads of options on our inclusive package deal. Our fridge wasn’t working so called the reception who instantly replaced it with a new working fridge which I was thought was amazing. The staff here are so friendly and that was the stand out for me at this hotel and I really hope this hotel maintains the great service and the staff members.

The hotel is set in the most magnificent grounds. The lobby is large with plenty of seats for people to relax in, and there are plenty of seats in the grounds too. There is a large pool with plenty of sun beds which are still available late in the day, so no need to put a towel on to reserve. The food is good and plentiful and the rooms are spacious and have all the facilities you would want. Also, how clean the place is and friendly staff need a mention too. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, we went with our eldest and two young children, in all honesty besides a small playpark an two small children's pools there's not much for young children to do.
Staff are brilliant, especially with the kids.
Food is good, does get a bit repetitive and a lot of it isn't labelled so you've no idea what it actually is!
If traveling with someone like TUI, I'd recommend sorting out any excursions with the tui reps in the hotel rather than the tui app as a lot of their pricing and wording is very misleading.

This is a lovely hotel. We visited in March 2023 for one week, the staff were friendly and the hotel complex very clean. This hotel is suitable for those with reduced mobility as the complex is flat and easy to get around in a wheelchair. There are steps down to the outside large pool area and also two ramps for wheelchair and pushchair access. There is a slight ramp for those wishing to use pool as well as steps. This holiday would be suited to those wishing to relax by the pool as there is nothing in the immediate area to explore, you would need to hire a taxi which can be done from reception. Our room was large enough to accomodate the wheelchair and we had a walk in shower, which we requested at the time of booking. There are no lifts in this hotel. Check that any excursions you wish to go on are suitable for wheelchair/pushchair access, we did a trip to Marrakesh City which wasn't suitable, luckily we were able to return to the hotel using tour coach, halfway through the tour. There is a kids club but it wasn't open when we visited.

Visited the Tikida Palmaire in Marrakech for our honeymoon and it was brilliant. A huge resort with numerous activities, a great entertainment team and some lovely Moroccan food.

I loved my stay here. It was nice and quiet, though this may be because it was January and therefore quiet season. The staff were amazing, always happy to help but without getting in the way. Beautiful gardens you can get lost in, and a gorgeous pool (though in January a little too cold to swim). WiFi was pretty good, but did occasionally cut out for a few minutes and there were a few gaps in coverage in the gardens. I was more interested in peace and quiet and day trips into the mountains than the city centre, so it was a good location for me; if you're looking for the hustle and bustle of Marrakech then you may want something within the city centre.

I would stay here again if I was in the area

I stayed here for 3 nights for a family get-together, and had a really nice stay. The staff were professional and courteous, especially the restaurant and animation teams! The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, they have a gym and indoor pool too.
The room itself is modern and clean.
They also offer a free shuttle service to the medina, which is very convenient given the hotel location being far from the tourist attractions.
The only negatives i would say is that wifi coverage can be poor at times, and indoor pool was not heated (although they advertise it being so) and so it was not used by me and my kids (who were a little disappointed) in the winter month of February. There were other guests who were using it though!
Overall great stay and I will be back with the family again for sure.

Cannot praise the Hotel enough, everything about it was first class.
Close to Marrakesh with a bookable shuttle bus service.
Large well appointed rooms with sitting area, great terrace and excellent shower.
Fabulous food excellently presented, so much choice and also fabulous themed dinners.
Best of all were the staff, so friendly and helpful!
One tiny gripe, the currency exchange. Never any small notes, often only 100's which only meant that some staff missed out on tips.
