Mohammed at reception was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to take us around the Medina, showing us around different exhibitions on a rainy day in Marrakech. The faculty here was excellent. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff!

The staff were absolutely incredible.
Every single person made us stay very pleasant,

It is a very clean hotel , Service to attention
We moved to this hotel after we were very happy with our Riyad.

Has all the facilities you could ever want.

The quality of everything is top notch. The staff is high in quality and quantity. Great breakfast. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms are huge. I’m really searching for cons here, but the only ones I could come up with is the beds are hard and the pool water could be warmer. Excellent all around hotel.

Went here for my 60th birthday w friends and family - it was absolutely perfect! I have never encountered such a welcoming, friendly and caring staff - I was delighted with a happy birthday song and candle at breakfast and again at an incredible Moroccan evening in our Riad. So many amazing little attentions to make my birthday special. The location is great (next to a beautiful park and craft centre, and charming streets leading to the souk), very clean and lovely aromas everywhere plus incredible to awake to birdsong and stroll past well cared for gardens. There were roses everywhere! We tried the spa which was excellent, very relaxing and clean. Beyond the beautifully kept property, what stands out the most is the warm feeling of welcome and truly caring for us as guests -genuine smiles and kindness. THANK YOU! Choukran! Merci!

We were very lucky, a booking error by our travel agent and an extremely thoughtful customer relations manager put our two families in a four-bedroom ryad with its own pool and terrace. Thank you Khalil. Awesome! Plenty of space, and great rooms will be our memories. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive, everything is well maintained and both breakfast and dinner were of the highest quality.
The location of the hotel, not far from the main square, is another benefit. We felt very comfortable and safe at all times, we will be back.

Great 5 stars hotel, in the center of Marrakech, with reasonable price!

Just 10 minutes walk from main tourist sites, with a very large swimming pool, comfortable rooms and plenty of exclusive villas with private pool.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting Marrakech. The location of the hotel is great, close enough to walk to the medina, but quiet enough to have a relaxing break out of the craziness. The room is very nice and airy with a very comfortable bed, nice balcony looking at the pool, large bathroom with a his and her sink, bath with a shower. There is a minibar, a kettle and a nespresso coffee machine in the room. There is a gym, it is small, but there is everything there to do a good workout. The service is second to none, everyone is very polite and nothing can be too much trouble. There are many comfortable sunloungers around the pool. The best thing was to get breakfast to our bedroom in the morning. I would highly recommend to stay here when visiting Marrakech.

Amazing place to stay. All the service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool is temperature controlled and great for a swim. It's near a great medina and plenty of good food. Only thing I would say needs a bit of improvement is the gym but not enough to lower the star rating.

Beautiful boutique Hotel in the heart of Marrakech. Very unassuming from the outside, but one step inside reveals some deliberate push to outdo your imagination. From the stuffed waiting lounge, overly pleasant staff, to the well laid out rooms and give swimming pool, this hotel can keep you within for a full week and you miss nothing outside.

The breakfast and lunch buffet is loaded with a fix of intercontinental options, before exciting you with Moroccan styled desserts, which is unrivalled. I loved my experience there and might have a permanent Hotel to always stay at when in Marrakech.

There is no better location for us than this one. Located in between a walking distance to the square where the souls are and the new world area. As soon as we got into the hotel, the butler took care of us. She took us to our room and explained the ins and outside of the gadgets. The room was beautifully designed and decorated, a modern take of Morrocon traditional design. Love it! My husband and had a message and he had a haircut as well. We live our spa services and the ambient. The only comment we have is that the changing rooms need some attention. We will be stay at this hotel again next time. Thank you!

Great hotel with really great rooms. Service was good but it always took some time until the food arrived. Other than that it was a wonderful weekend.

Marrakech have many riades options to sleep, but nothing compared with the facilities, comfort and services of a good hotel. Here we'll get SPA, massages, external swimming pool, internal swimming pool. Many options for breakfast.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and extended as we experienced the best service we ve ever had at a resort in Morocco, coming from California US, we have high standards and they were definitely met with a proactive team that made our stay with our 16month old much easier and pleasant, the little things that make all the difference, their GM checked in himself on us and we congratulated him for his impressive team, including and not limited to Mr Samir, Mrs. Yasmina, and many others, we thank them for the amazing service.

Very close to the Médina, only 5 min walk. Walking distance from many interesting places. Great swimming pool area, breakfast buffet is amazing.
