Riad Oriental Glory

This place is an oasis of peace and beauty in the midst of busy Marrakech. We absolutely loved it here. The staff was incredible and really took care of us and helped with whatever we needed.

Good to know that the riad is not located very close to the souks or the main square. However if you don’t mind a bit of walk it is absolutely no problem!

Our room was on the ground floor and because of this sometimes the noise from other guests was a bit annoying however we did not let this spoil this magical place for us!

We would 100% recommend this place!

Quaint, cozy hotel that feels like you're staying in a friend's home. OUTSTANDING staff, from reception to restaurant and housekeeping. Special thanks to Ayoub, Sameer, and a gentleman whose name I can't recall, but who made extra efforts to ensure we could make it to our train on time. The service simply couldn't have been better!

Great hotel and amazing service. Some of the best food in the whole of Marrakech. Breakfast is great and everyday is a little bit different.

Staying at Oriental Glory made our trip so special!

It was a great sanctuary to come back to and relax from the hustle and bustle outside with the courtyard being a clean, beautiful space to relax and meet other travellers.

The true highlight was the staff. Fatima made all the breakfasts daily and they were baked fresh and delicious. Adam was kind and helpful always and always made sure we were safe and cared for when ordering taxis or organising activities for the day.

I hope we have the pleasure of coming back and encourage others to visit too!

I am very grateful that I found this place for the end of my Morocco trip.
Inside the riad it's quiet, Rooms are very beautiful and clean, AC worked great, wifi is very good.

Only problem I faced was that it's not very close to the "center" - which can be a bit of an issue when walking home alone at night but the staff took very good care of finding taxis for me and even standing outside on the corner with me until the taxi arrives (without me asking them to do so), which just shows the kindness you will experience if you stay here.

My girlfriend and I had a great here at the start of May. The staff were very friendly and the room was well designed, comfortable and the air con was perfect after a hot day walking around the Medina.
I’d like to also mention that we had a couples hamam and massage and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely miss breakfasts on the rooftop with singing birds and wonderful sunshine.
The location isn’t the best if you want to walk to the square but great for daily step count.

We would highly recommend staying in Kevin’s Riad over everywhere else in Marrakech. It was our favorite place to stay during our holiday in Morocco. The staff was so kind, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure their guests were comfortable. The Riad itself is stunning, spacious, clean and has beautiful, modern rooms and bathrooms. We had breakfast each day on the terrace which overlooks the entire Riad. We loved our stay and will be recommending it to anyone who is booking a holiday to Marrakech!

We stayed in the Riad for 2 nights and found it very relaxing. The perfect place to come back to after a hectic day in the medina. We were served local mint tea and biscuits upon arrival and our room was ready before check in time. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They helped us find taxis to get around. We had breakfast on the rooftop which consisted of freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, jams and coffee.
Whilst it is only a 15-20 mins walk to the medina, we found it more convenient to take taxis at night time.

Wow, what a beautiful Riad! A perfect quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Medina.
Staff are absolutely wonderful - always ready and happy to help at any time and kept great communication with our travel agency to make sure our excursions etc ran smoothly.
On arrival we were given peppermint tea (the best we had in Marrakech!) and snacks. We were shown the safest and best places to visit, and the best ways to get there.
The room was comfortable and had air-con which we were very grateful for.
The food here is also excellent, breakfast was a little different each day which we really enjoyed. We also had a 3 course evening meal twice during our stay which was some of the best food we had on our holiday.
Would DEFINITELY stay again!

An amazing Riad, extremely beautiful and cosy. I spent few wonderful days there. The location is not easy to reach but once one figure its way, it becomes easier. The staff is really kind and the service very professional. I've welcomed with a delicious mint tea and then moved to my adorable room which was very confortable. The bathroom was really pitoresque and the view of the courtyard magnific. The breakfast was very good. Recommend it!

Calm and well designed riad out of the immediate hustle of the Medina and yet a walking distance away from fabulous rugs and shops. Best food we had in Marrakech! Lovely rooftop relax and well designed rooms. Super friendly staff. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Oriental Glory, in Marrakech’s medina. A true oasis of calm in the middle of a chaotic city, we felt totally at home in this serene spot. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive. We had an issue with the air con in our room but were moved with no issue at all. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who helped us find our way around, book restaurants and taxis and supplied Moroccan tea at exactly the right moments. If you stay in the medina, be prepared to walk to see the sights, but don’t miss out on this authentic experience in the most beautiful of buildings. Highlights included the lemon chicken tagine, dipping our feet in the pool and the hammam experience!

ental Glory Riad was the best! We really enjoyed our stay. A special thank you to all the staff, particularly Mohammed for the warm welcome and excellent service. Nadeer and Adil for being so helpful and friendly from day one right up until we left; nothing was too much of a problem for either of them! Jamaal was particularly knowledgeable and gave us some great information and guidance, even when we were out and about he appeared and was so helpful. Bushra and Fatima kept our room clean and we didn't have to ask for anything, as they always anticipated our needs. Rock star, the Chef cooked the best food we were gutted not to have the cooking class with him, but we will probably come back for it! And lastly, we cannot forget Sameer the cheeky waiter! His charisma brought a great warmth to the Riad and made guests feel very welcome. I would recommend booking some of the treatments at the Riad, we went for hammam, massages and hair treatments and they were each excellent and helped make the holiday even more enjoyable! Overall, we would definitely recommend this Riad and would love to come back again.

Good hotel and friendly staff who always help with whatever you need

Amazing staff, always happy to help, going above and beyond to make us comfortable. Fabulous food and atmosphere. 20 min walk into the centre but we really enjoyed this. Always keen to help make sure we were safe and helped communication with pick ups for excursions whether they were organised through the hotel or externally. Nothing bad to say, thank you for an amazing stay ❤

This place is absaloutly amazing. The riad is very beautiful and quite. The room we had was super cozy with a nice big bathroom. But what really elevates the place is the amazing staff who run the place. They all have been wonderful and have went above and beyond to make our stay better. We got lost late a night trying to find our hotel and ended up calling mohammad waking him who in turn called his colleague and picked us up from our location (The whole stay they were amazing like that). Its quite a walk from the Alfana square (20 minutes) but its enjoyable and if you need transportation the hotel offers either a private car or they can call a taxi (the private car is better imo since not all taxis have ac). The place is also perfect for shisha which you can have at any floor in the riadh. The resturant is also great but we only ate there once and didnt have the chance to try their Tanjeer.

All in all, the place is a 10/10

This is an excellent Riad. When we arrived we were offered tea and breakfast. The staff took time to explain us things about Marrakech and how to get around. They went above and beyond to help us with things like a simcard and finding a specific restaurant. They also offer good combo-deals for dinner and hammam/massage. The hammam and massage were delightful (we would recommend to do this the first day not tot loose your tanned skin) and we also enjoyed the food. The room was clean and tidy everyday, although quite basic, had everything you need.

We got a sim card from the brand Inwi. It was around 10 dirham (1eu) and 10 dirham per GB of internet.

Some advice:
Stay on the main roads, and ask for directions from shopkeepers. If anyone says a road is closed, ignore them. Even if they say it's closed due to a nearby mosque during Ramadan.

Every single staff member was excellent. The room was clean and aircon worked well and very quietly. The location of the riad is in the northern part of Medina with a myriad of narrow labyrinth like pathways. Easy to get lost. I would recommend to request transportation arranged by riad as it would be difficult to get there with a lot of luggage on your own.
