Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

We enjoyed the most incredible time here. The grounds and rooms are marvelous, clean, well appointed and immaculately taken care of. However, the hospitality is what truly stood out to us. Badr (M) who we met upon arrival is the best in his business. His manner and way of working with guests is second to NONE. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Congratulations!

We had a very relaxing stay, next to upmarket shopping mall away from the hubbub an oasis of quiet. Tried both restaurants though quiet had excellent food and service.
Pool area very pleasant, good gym and spa. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning resort! Its grounds boast breathtaking beauty and are a refreshing 10 degrees cooler than downtown Marrakech thanks to the lush greenery. The spacious, well-appointed rooms add to the charm. The dining experience is exceptional, with the breakfast buffet ranking among the finest I've ever enjoyed. The staff's attentiveness and assistance are remarkable. In sum, this hotel is sheer perfection!

Service is amazing, they are so super kid friendly. Felt very welcome. The lunch on the poolside was also amazing.

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. Relaxing and very nice for families with their children to enjoy a swimming pool and nice food. As for the reception and service, the rooms are wonderful. I want to come again.

We stayed at this hotel where it was considerably less busy for the period of Aug. Overall this a very good hotel. Upon checking in we was told we had a free room upgrade. We stayed within the family complex areas where you’d expect lots of kids. The Pool area is really good. If your travelling with babies best to buy your own pool equipment. There isn’t much for kids less than 1 years old.

Food and room service is quite costly compared to eating out. However because of the extreme heat it’s probably best dining indoors

Hotel staff are very friendly always willing to help. Well mannered. They didn’t seem to have this expectations of tipping as some other hotels

Really amazing resort. The ground are beautiful and 10 degrees cooler than downtown Marrakech because of the lush foliage. Rooms are large and well appointed. The food is spectacular - the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. This hotel is truly perfect!!

Loved our stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to two spacious connecting rooms for our family with outdoor gardens. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic! The pool is stunning and always had space available and the service there was wonderful as well! The buffet breakfast was adequate but could be expanded to include more items. Location was 10min drive from the Médina. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Beautiful hotel and great facilities.. really enjoyed the gym and personal training advice from Muhammed, top quality knowledge which isn’t common in hotel gyms!
