Kasbah Angour Atlas Mountains Hotel

Great hotel with lovely food and service. A little off the beaten track, but if that's what you're looking for it's perfect.
Suggestion......tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a real benefit for a hotel at this class.

Maybe not a 5 star hotel but the level of service and effort that has been put into this hotel is up there with the best!
We stopped for a week and neither me or my partner wanted to come home. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. The food was gorgeous, I’ had read another review which knocked the quality but I couldn’t see anything wrong with anything that we were given. Being in a different country, we tried one or two dishes we wouldn’t ordinarily go for and they were either gorgeous or not to our liking but still, the plates were very well presented and certainly well priced considering the quality.
The rooms are spacious, the AC worked perfectly (apart from one night following a power cut due to a thunderstorm (hardly the hotels fault)).
The hotel was recently built and in my opinion is to a high standard using local methods and materials. The pool is great and the gardens are amazing.
One thing that would’ve made the room more comfortable, literally a fridge to keep drinks chilled and maybe a safe. Everything else was perfect!
I’d go back tomorrow if I could. We do intend on returning in a couple of years, if not sooner. 😁

Great setting, very peaceful. Good staff, reasonably priced drinks, comfortable bed.
Evening meal a bit pricy for what it is but the setting makes it good.
Only complaint is the dodgy shower above the bath. Plenty of room for a walk in shower but none in our room.

We loved this place - it’s the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is beautiful and the building makes the most of it with great views in all directions. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was well laid out with tasteful decor and a super comfortable bed. There is lots of space inside and out to sit and relax. We visited in January so really appreciated the underfloor heating in our room and a roaring fire in the bar, but in summer it would be lovely to sit in the shade of the beautiful gardens or by the pool.

It is off the beaten track but a great place to relax and chill out. It’s worth taking a guided tour of the local area with the friendly and knowledgable local guide.

I have seen pictures of Kasbah Angour and wanted to see for myself what the place was like.
In reality it is as beautiful as the pictures.
I visited with a friend of mine. We were given a tour of the property and had an excellent lunch on the terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains.
This Kasbah is easy to reach from Marrakech and would make a great place to stay or just pop in for Lunch.
We met the English owner who was charming, helpful and very welcoming.

Beautiful setting and lovely staff. We had an extremely peaceful, lovely stay. Make sure you take the car mountain tour, an extremely rememberable trip. The Couscous dish was fantastic as well. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere to relax

Wonderful place. Well designed locally sympathetic building. Lovely garden. Friendly helpful staff. Good food. Spectacular views.
Great as a base to explore the mountain. The peace and quiet make it good as a place to unwind.

We we’re driving around up to Imlil and popped in here for a drink on our way down towards Marrakech. Beautiful property, lovely staff, gorgeous views and so peaceful.
We wished we had stayed here instead of the Peacock Pavilions outside the city. Next time!

Fantastic walks, excellent food and a very comfortable stay. Views were beautiful of the mountains and down the valley.

Very calm, serene & beautiful resort. The only downside is there's no other option for restaurant or cafe or anything surrounding it, so if you don't like their food, you're stuck unless you have a rental car with you.

Absolutely stunning. The views, location, food, service and rooms are all top notch. We can't wait to return.

We were looking for a great escape from the grime and pollution of Marrakech and found that Paul could organise a 4x4 adventure and a lovely lunch the the kasbah with time to relax and admire the view. Mohamed el A ( our driver) did a great job making us feel safe and welcome and explaining about the local culture and customs. We enjoyed some pleasant stops and a great 3 course lunch at the hotel. If you need to escape the city, this a great retreat.

AMAZING, that's all I can say. If you want beautiful scenery, gardens, architecture and great food. Want to just chill then this is the place for you
