UPA CAR

We had a great experience with UPA car. The pick up and drop off was easy and relaxed - they let us collect and drop off at a time that suited us. The car was fine, we had an automatic Hyundai accent. Clean and economical. We had no issues at all with UPA and I would highly recommend. They dont have a website but booking is super easy by WhatsApp message. We had full insurance with no excess included for our own peace of mind. I looked into another company who were not offering zero excess. The payment was in cash and we drove to an atm on arrival to arrange payment. He also helped us find a Sim card which was near to the cashpoint

Bassam was absolutely superb! He was extremely helpful throughout the experience and went above and beyond to help us. He even helped us find a place to buy a SIM card for our phones. The car was brilliant and took us all the to M’Hamid in comfort. The insurance was excellent so gave us peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Bassam!

First rented from UPA back in June for 5 days. Great prices and really great friendly service. Now my 'go to' car rental place in both Ouarzazate and Marrakesh.

Hired a clio for a week. Was met at airport. All went smoothly and dropped off car at airport with no issues. Will definitely use UPA when I next visit. Great service.

After reading all the scary reviews from the car rental companies in Ouarzazate, we decided to try this one. We went the day before to talk to the agency and discuss about procedures and prices. We got the most economic car with full insurance for 24h and GPS for 350 dirhams. Written contract is given once reserved (check it good before signing, insurance field was not ticked and we had to point it out). No deposit was used. He didnt checked possible damages after return (still prove it yourself and take many fotos). So in the end we were surprised of how simple it was. Greatly recommend.

Pongo 5 estrellas porque no hay 6 o 7, todo lo que puedes esperar de un buen alquiler de vehículos, NI UN PROBLEMA, súper puntual, llego mi avión y al salir... Ahi estaba Becem con mi nombre en un papel, el coche excelente, como nuevo, súper cómodo y limpio, consume poquísimo, en mi caso un clio, Fuymos a las oficina a hacer el papeleo, súper rápido y todo preparado. Al devolverlo nos llevó a nuestro Riad, un gran servicio! Upa cars, merece toda mi confianza!

Por suerte me lo recomendó un amigo. Ahora lo recomiendo yo!

Excellente expérience de cette compagnie de location qui a le grand avantage de ne pas nécessiter de carte de crédit. Voiture quasi neuve, service parfait sans franchise malgré un petit accroc que j'ai eu avec la voiture.

Partit en vacances du coté de Tinghir en 2019, je cherchais une voiture, et bhé cette agence de location est au top, voiture nickel, pas très chère, viens devant l'aéroport pour récupérer la voiture, pour le retour pareil, même si c’était à 6h du matin.
je recommande fortement, et je ferai de nouveau appel à vous.

J’ai eu le plaisir de louer une Toyota Yaris, rien à dire quant à la propreté et l’état de mécanique de la voiture

Étant en vacances une semaine sur Ouarzazate je recherchais une agence de location de voiture pas très cher et digne de confiance et ce fut le cas. Le personnel de cette agence et d'une extrême gentillesse, les véhicules sont propres et lors de la remise du vehicule vous aurez le cœur léger car une assurance tous risques est comprise dans le tarif qui est déjà le moins cher sur ouarzazate.
Foncer les yeux fermés !
