Highlight of my trip!! I was self conscious about being completely naked with only disposable undies on but the ladies made me feel comfortable. I booked the romance package for 2 with my partner and it started off by us selecting the oils we wanted to be used. Then we shared the hammam together then went to a room to cool down that had yummy tea and cookies. After we went to get separate massages which I think I fell asleep during a part of it because it was so relaxing!! All of items were safely locked away with a key my partner kept with him the entire time. I’ve never had my skin scrubbed so well! Highly recommend :)

Back in June we had such a experience at Heritage Spa! We were a party of four, 2 couples and we did the hammam and massage combo and it was beyond perfect! The ladies were absolutely amazing and did a great job. In between the hammam and massage you are served tea which was a nice in between break. The spa was very clean and the staff were great!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this most difficult time. I hope everyone is safe from the earthquake?

Nowhere in the world has such a pleasant spa experience. The woman who welcomed me was very kind, spoke clearly, and told me exactly what to expect. The woman who did my hammam was also kind and welcoming, and treated me very well despite our language barrier. Cookies and tea before the massage were perfect, as was the massage itself. Like everything in Morocco, it was much more affordable than it would have been in the USA or Europe. I felt like a new woman afterward. Well worth the money and the walk!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Services and professionalism, amazing beyond our anticipation. From booking, to check in, to spa services, to value, to final payment including soap parting gifts, everything was exceptional. Highly skilled techniques in all aspects of spa therapies and hammam. Personalized attention to individualized focus areas. We booked the 3 1/2 hour couples package and all treatments were top-notch, rivaling our spa experiences throughout the world. I would rarely extend such a review, but I give Heritage spa an unequivocal recommendation. To the less than 5 star reviews, I would say, the exceptional packages are unmatched.

Can't highly recommend this highly enough, I got deep relaxation massage and the masseuse was beyond great! First 45 mins was the exfoliating etc where they shower you lying down and 1 hour for the massage. In between they offer you Moroccan tea, water and some biscuits (so good). Can't wait to come back again! The spa is located in narrow alleyway but it's safe.

Authentic Hammam bath with lovely women who will scrub you down. "Feeling like a new baby whale" was the best description a friend gave me, and I now know what that means! You can wear underwear to your comfort level. Definitely a Moroccan experience to have!

I had such a wonderful experience here. My first time at a hammam and it did not disappoint. I did the romance package which included a massage and facial as well and they were both amazing. Skin is as soft as a baby now after all of that!

This was my first Hammam experience and it will not be my last! The Heritage Spa was a beautiful place with a very friendly staff. They made me feel like a queen and I think my skin and hair are much improved from the treatments! Do not hesitate to book your experience at the Heritage Spa!

We had an 2 1/2 hour spa package with first hammam (scraping of lots of dead skin, clay and washing of body and hair). Then relaxing for a while with mint tea following a oil massage and aromatherapy face treatment. Amazing and so relaxing! And the staff was most smiling and helpfull. Highly recommened

Loved this spa for Moroccan hamam and massage ❣😍 the staff was so friendly and the environment was so relaxing. We left soft as new born babies and they gave us a complementary Moroccan soap to go too!

They have fantastic rooms and and very engaging staff who keep you in loop about what is coming up next!

My friend and I experienced the hammam, 4-handed massages and facials. We loved it all!
The staff is so kind and caring. They go out of their way to help you relax and unwind.
We did this on our last full day in Marrakech and it was perfect.
After days of walking in the heat and being very active, this was exactly what we needed.
Super clean too.

We were picked up from our hotel around 5am in order to catch the sunrise and it was very beautiful 😍

It was so worth waking up that early and enduring the cold. I was very nervous when we lifted at first, but once we have rose above the clouds it became very warm and I was calmer given that we couldn't see the ground anyone more.

This activity crossed out a line on my bucket list.

Everyone should experience hot air ballooning at least once in their lives.

The service was really good. They provided warm tea and warm blankets before the 'flight' and then food after we landed. The food was cold though, but understandably so.

The personnel were friendly and gave adequate instructions for the activity, especially, the landing.

We took a package service of detox hammam plus massage! Was super relaxing starting with moroccan tea. The ladies were really nice. Both during hammam and the massage.

I requested for soft to medium pressure and I had no complaints during the massage.
Just a heads up, we didnt know that we had to ask for shower after massage before hand. We didnt want to go out in the sun with the oil but unfortunately the shower area was occupied. So better to inform early on.

Otherwise just the best experience! Worth the 700 dhs!

Amazing Hammam Spa for the authentic morrocon treatments. Also much cheaper than the hotels will offer, and 2hrs instead of the 1hr that our onsite hotel hammam was offering. Afterwards, your skin feels amazing.

An absolutely must visit for your Marrakesh experience! We tried out a few other Hammams & Spas in Marrakesh, but no on came close to the Heritage Spa. The location, the hammam feels authentic and is so beautifully kept. It also has AC. Antonina, our host there is a diligent lady and walked us through the whole experience and helped us choose a treatment that would fit our need the best. They gave us wonderful oils that we could choose from for the spa experience. Everyone of the staff was very nice, but we fell in love with Raja, she was so likable and had a strong hand. We got a wonderful Hammam spa experience with Facial massage, leg and foot massage and a hot herbal bag massage. Everything is recommendable. They didn’t rush us out and let us stay until our taxi came. The soaps we got as a souvenir at the end were the hit! All in all - a wonderful experience through and through! We went back a second time, they recognized us and we’re extra kind.
