Riad Zen House

Great place to stay in Marrakesh! Breakfast service was always great, the staff were all very nice and accommodating, and the riad is CLEAN and beautiful! I don’t like staying in places that I haven’t seen first so my husband and I came here after looking at a bunch of other riads/hotels first. Zen House had no bad smells, everything was super clean and well-kept and the shared spaces were very beautiful. There are two small pools that were always exceptionally clean as well as beautiful rooftops to relax in. We got discounted price by not booking online (no taxes) but I can’t say they will always have rooms during the busy seasons. There was air conditioning in the room if you need it, hot and cold running water, and plenty of towels and linens. Highly highly recommend this place and if I come back to Marrakesh this will be the place I will stay! Thank you Khadijah, Mustafa, and others for a great experience!

Great place for a stay in Marrakesh. Mustafa, the owner, is really friendly and helpful. I also recommend getting breakfast included - everything is super fresh, tasty and warm :) Rooftop area is amazing and great for spending some time during evenings.

The place is great and the service is amazing. The staff was friendly amd helpfull and the location is really good for people who want to explore the medina. The only thing I would say is not to buy water bottles in the hotels or riad in Morocco since they will charge you way more than it is worth. I bought a water bottle at riad zen house and it costed 30 MAD and later bought one at a store for 1.5MAD. So if you want to save cash don't buy water bottles in hotels.

Brilliantly located riad hotel in the Medina of Marrakesh, weren't sure what to expect post COVID but rooms were lovely and immaculate - beautiful decor throughout, roof terrace was great for relaxing in the evening, and the staff were helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at the Riad zen house. The staff and management are very very hospitable and kind. We had our 3-year-old with us and they absolutely bent over backwards to help us. Thank you so much guys. And thank you from Ava. We would not hesitate to return with them.

This place is absolutely stunning, because several reasons. It has a good location inside the medina, and the Larousse street is easily accessible is 5 minutes. The people are very polite and are really helpful, they help you in whatever you need (but be prepared to speak some french or arabic). They also help you to arrange excursions. The place, the riad itself is beautiful.

Amazing.The riad is an oasis in the middle of Medina. Service is really good and the place too. They can improve breakfast (the amount is little).

easy to find, maybe 15-20 min away from the jemaa el fna square, very clean and the people there were the kindest and very helpful with everything we needed !! Nice breakfast, mint tea always ready and nice terrace!

Estive hospedada com o meu namorado e fomos muito bem recebidos. A Riad é muito bonita, o rooftop é incrivel. Estava sempre tudo muito limpinho. O pequeno almoço era divinal. Sempre nos ajudaram em tudo o que precisamos e pedimos. Um especial obrigado ao Samir que nos ajudou nas atividades que fizemos.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par l’équipe du Riad. Ils sont très gentils et de bons conseils pour notre première venue à Marrakech. La chambre était très agréable et la terrasse sur le toit également. Nous pouvions nous rafraîchir dans le bassin en rentrant de nos virées dans la ville. Le petit plus du thé à la menthe avec les petits gâteaux à notre arrivée était top.

Très joli riad, très propre.
Mais surtout ce qui fait la différence c'est l'accueil, j'y ai rencontré des gens formidables durant ces huit jours : Gentil s, attentifs, bienveillants qui ont toujours le sourire.
Merci à toute l'équipe qui a fait de mon séjour une belle parenthèse.

Toda hospitalidade foi incrível, extremamente simpáticos e ajudam em tudo o que precisamos. Tudo super limpo, o pequeno almoço é divinal! O rooftop é muito bom também.

Riad pulitissimo e personale veramente gentile e disponibile(ci ha anticipato la colazione la mattina dell escursione). Posizione per me ottimale, in una zona molto silenziosa per staccare dalla frenesia della medina(dove non alloggerei mai). Ubicazione anche strategica per arrivare facilmente con 15 minuti di camminata nei punti nevralgici della Città. A pochi passi un mercato della frutta e anche una via molto turistica con tanti piccoli negozi quindi per me una posizione davvero fantastica. La colazione giusta con prodotti freschi. Pancakes e marmellate fantastiche!!!

Buonissima location per riposare nei giorni frenetici a Marrakech. Il personale è davvero gentile e si adopera in ogni modo per farti sentire bene e soddisfare ogni esigenza (persino prepararti del riso in bianco perché non stai per niente bene). È abbastanza fresco durante il giorno, e la terrazza di sera è spettacolare per vedere la luna e ascoltare l’ultima preghiera della giornata.

Séjour parfait, chambre et literie impeccable. Lit bébé à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est bon.
La salle de bain est incroyable ! Le Riad et sa terrasse sont vraiment très agréable. Je le recommande vivement.
On y a séjourné avec notre enfant de moins de 2 ans et c'était parfait. L'emplacement se trouve dans des petites ruelles sombres, évitez de sortir seul le soir.
