Where do I begin- the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Kawthur the receptionist is the loveliest lady who is like family to me-so kind, helpful and friendly
All other staff are so lovely and helpful with always a warm friendly smile
Loads to choose from for the breakfast buffet with a lady making fresh traditional paratha every morning!
Rooms are cleaned each day with complementary soap
Hotel is huge with a beautiful pool, garden and balconies and even bungalows! Me and my mum loved walking in the garden each morning
Family friendly, student friendly (very well priced in my opinion for what u get)
Dinner there is DELICIOUS- I even preferred it over some of the restaurants we went to there
I can’t wait to go back and spend time there with not just my family but the staff there too as they are now my family
Super close to town and train station 10 min walk and taxi to souk is around £5/7 pounds

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Rooms cleaned regularly and always helpful.

A little tired and worn but a great priced hotel. The staff in the dining room makes up for the age of the property and the food is very good. Easy walk to the nearby mall and a short cab ride to the souk, old town or new town.

Little far from medina, but big garden

Only stayed one night but for me ticked all the right boxes. Smart comfortable hotel without being too fussy. Great location just a ten min walk to all the hustle of medina but far enough away for some peace. Has a bar selling beer and wine a good pool and comfortable lounge seating areas.restaurant seems to be buffet style which didn't suit me but maybe others will like.

Very huge hotel. We had a suite with 2 bathrooms and a living room. The interior of the room was kinda old, the TVs weren't flat. The room was clean and it was calm. The pool is nice and huge, and there also is a lawn area where you can lay down and relax. It's around 30 minutes to the center of Marrakech by foot, and 10 minutes by car or hackney cab.

Special thanks to all work at this clean and extremely nice and quiet place. The breakfast is more than excellent.

Reasonable price for b&b large clean duplex room. Great facilites, 4 restaurants, pool, massage etc. Location is good. Pool and garden are great and nice bar. Buffet lunch a bit pricey as other restaurants on site are reasonable.

Cannot complain at all, hotel clean, room cleaned daily and fresh towels each day. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, food bloody amazing with different menu each day, breakfast and dinner included in the price so was expecting really shitty buffet, but was blown away at the quality. The gift shops within the hotel are so reasonably prices compared to the souks, I wish I'd purchased all my souvenirs here, plus the shop owner and his sister are lovely. Enjoy Marrakech!

I visited to Marrakesh from 21/01/2018–27/01/2018
I stayed in this hotel, it’s sitauted on ideal location few minutes walk for menara mall and bus station.
Hotel receptionist girl named kaoutar was really a professional and decent , she has been very helpful and friendly
Breakfast and room maintenance was also excellent.
I would like to stay in this hotel again .

It was a great experience all staff are so kind nice and helpful... the swimming pool such a cool place.... It's where you can drag your beer and relax love it ♥

Lovely hotel and staff really friendly, we went on our honeymoon and they gave us an upgrade to one of their Challis. Fabulous gardens too

Amazing, staff are very welcoming, of course it would help to know a little French or Arabic outside the hotel but apart from that the hotel itself is superb.

The hotel resort farah is wonderful place to stay during your holidays very relaxing garden and swimming pool. I recomend it
