Aguelmam Azegza

OMG OMG OMG you have to come here seriously. The place is such a paradise. Dont hesitate, especially in summer, grab your bag and a tent and have a nice trop to Aguepmam Azegza.
The name of the place means the green velley because it looks green from the sky. It is located in Khenifra between Oum Rbia Sources (18 KM) and Tiguelmamim (26 km). You have goooot to be here really.
TIP : Ask locals about the road to the mountain peak.

One of my favourite places in Morocco. It is quite and so chill out.

Wonderful natural place. Aguelmam Azegza means green lake in amazigh and we understand why when we see the beautiful green color of the water. The nature around is amazing : pine & cedar trees, monkeys, migrating birds and if you're lucky, deers !

Aguelmam Azegza is a natural lake located 23km east of the city of Khénifra in Morocco, about twenty kilometers as the crow flies. Located in the big cedar of Ajdir Izayane, it is part of the national park of Khénifra.

Of karstic origin, this lake with an area of ​​about 62 ha (maximum length: 1.66 km, maximum width: 0.42 km) is located at an altitude of 1,474 m. Enclosed and occupying a depressive zone with an average depth of 26 m, it is surrounded by limestone reliefs, covered with a predominant forest of cedars and oaks. Its location in the Middle Atlas cedar - the cedar of Ajdir Izayane - gives it a special blue-green color.

A 30 km de la ville de khenifra. Un endroit agréable et calme pour camper devant un lac magnifique.

Une région de rêve, toute boisée de cèdes centenaires, un lac tout vert et reposant.
L’hiver,il y neige abondamment et la nature est sublime !

Aguelmame Azegza ou "le lac vert" en berbère, est un joyau naturel, à environ 30 km de Khénifra et à une altitude avoisinant les 1500 m. Le lac est entouré de reliefs calcaires, couvert d'une forêt à prédominance de cèdres et de chênes, sa situation en pleine cédraie Moyen Atlasique lui confère une beauté merveilleuse. Dans ses eaux claires jonchées d'herbes aquatiques, le lac est peuplé de brochets, de carpes de perches et de gardons. Sa faune aquatique est le canard et la poule d'eau. L'endroit rêvé pour les amateurs de randonnée et les amoureux de la nature.

بحيرة أكلمام أزكزا هي بحيرة كبيرة ذات مساحة تفوق 40 هكتار، تقع في وسط جبال الأطلس المتوسط بالقرب من مدينة خنيفرة و تبعد عنها بنحو 31 كيلومتر و سط فضاء كثيف الغابات من أشجار الأرز و الفلين، تأخد البحيرة حاجياتها من المياه من التساقطات الثلجية و المطرية و أيضا من العيون الرابضة في قاع البحيرة كما يبلغ عمق البحيرة حوالي 25 متر و تزخر البحيرة بعدة أنواع من الأسماك لمحبي الصيد، تقع البحيرة في مكان جد هادئ و منعزل كما تعرف اقبالا كبيرا للسياح من جميع مناطق البلاد.

Y a pas des mots pour le décrire. La tranquillité. La chaleur des gens. Pouvez faire du randonnée. Passer toute la journée dans le lac. Pouvez tanter et passé votre vacance. Vous allez pas regretter si vous allez visiter ce lieux
