Hotel Restaurant Pļavas

I am impressed with the quality of this hotel! we were in a sauna house with two rooms, a sauna, a jacuzzi (bubble bath)🤔 a guest house that has attention to details, great paintings by a Latvian artist on the walls, Latvian identity and values. Very tasty cuisine and super helpful staff, very quiet with a uniquely good atmosphere! A great place in Latvia

We ate lunch. There was a good choice of food on the menu. Our dishes were well prepared and tasty. Portions were reasonably generous. A great roadside pit-stop on our drive, the restaurant is clearly popular as a destination for locals as well.

Only stopped by to get some food, and was not dissapointed. Very nice menu, tasty food and lovely service.
Easy to spot, plenty of parking.

Very nice and well maintained. Everything is very clean and fresh looking. Gorgeous garden area. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, breakfast not included in room prices. Affordable prices in restaurant.
The only annoying thing is that the highway is so close by, and traffic noise can be heard in the room.
Highly recommend to stop here if you travel on road A2

Nice restaurant to visit. Loved the garden and playground for kids. Also a small but cozy kids corner inside.
Food was good. Kids loved pasta with cheese. Only ribs lacked some kind of flavorful sauce or marinade. But we totally recommend!

We were just in restaurant for lunch - way between Riga and Tallinn. Really good choice - food was tasty, reasonable portions, acceptable price and interesting combination (Crème Brûlée with lavender, great lamb and gooseberry). Parking is easy and staff kind.

The restaurant food was fantastic. The salad with mix fruits was the best I have the goat cheese salad. 😋

Like an oasis in the desert. It's a great place to stop and eat while traveling A1. Make sure you visit their small garden in the back of the building. Highly recommended.

Excellent food and service. We took both soup - tomatoes and “gulaša”. For two kids 3 and 4 years old one portion Pasta with Chicken is more then enough. Deserts- Fondant and cream brûlée with Lavender. Most recommended. 🌟

Our family stops here literally every time we go by. The kitchen and the atmosphere are just marvellous, perfect dining accompanied with smooth music. Amazing breakfasts are also available.

Ideal location for a Via Baltica traveller. Our room was very nice and clean, and with an outside access, which was excellent for the dogs.

A well-maintained property. Some noise from the road but you get used to it pretty quickly.

A great place to stop for the gorgeous lunch on the way Riga from Estonia. The food was absolutely divine as well as the service. They have also a very beautiful garden 😍

My wife and I stayed overnight with friends. This place is tastefully, I would say elegantly, decorated but at the same time still warm and welcoming. The staff were great!
We made use of the jacuzzi - also great.

We didn't eat in the restaurant, but I have heard good things said of it.

I noticed small details everywhere I looked which suggested that the owners and staff really care about what they do.

We stayed here for 1 night as we driving through from Tallinn to Riga. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, all room facilities are new, super cozy and cute. Have to mention that the breakfast was awesome, you can choose from 4 options, we both chose Sunnyside-up and they were beautifully done! The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem! Hopefully I will come back soon.

Used the Restaurant for dinner and lunch in early August 2022. Very good food (main dishes, dessert, appetizer), ambience, space, garden.

Use indoor seating area if you want more formal dining (such as cloth napkin, ergonomic table height). Kid playground nearby, garden and pond(s), and baby play area (indoor) available. Parking spaces for some 15 cars.
