even though the supermarket is thrice as far as the closest one to us, we prefer going here as the workers are very helpful. they assist with the trolly and loading the bags onto the vehicle or catching a tuk for us

Navalanka is a Middle East hub. Don't get me wrong, it has all the products which most of the middle East people can relate to. The most common being almarai. You also get your dose of all aerated drinks ranging from fanta, mountain dew, Sprite , 7up lemon. They have like ten varities of dates and all of them are fresh. It's like a carnival atmosphere in the grocery store in the month of Ramadan.. The sweets and chocolates are also mostly from the middle East.
They also have your favorite Nutella which everyone craves for here. The prices are reasonable considering they are importing all the products. Most of all they have the famous RANI juices in all the flavors available here. It is located in close proximity to the zoo. The famous Tang juice comes in the big containers. They also have a lot of spreaded cheese available and cheese slices.
The top floor has all the shampoo and a few stationary items available.

Best place to buy beef meet in the area..

No changes...they are bringing veges no fresh at all...its like sweep out veges. That too not cheap. The standard is very very low...even the staff are not friendly

It was a place one time ....now its a place where staff are not customer friendly.
Management should take this matter high and teach and train what is the motto.

Wide variety of household and grocery items all available in her one roof. Prices are reasonable. Bulk/Catering packs of some products are available at low prices (most supermarkets don't have it) Parking available. May find it but difficult to park Dutton be peak hours.

It is a great place to stock up on supplies. Very convenient because we get all the imported quality products under one roof. I do all my shopping at Navalanka the staffs there are very helpful. The check out people are friendly and efficient. I recommend highly😊

This Supermarket has food and cake ingredients that are not available at other well known Supermarkets. The shelves arrangements are well laid out. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Nice place to browse for 'hard to find' items.

2nd time I ordered. What impressed me was the customer service . They had overcharged me by mistake but when I informed, they had a very easy process, also followed up with a call for a customized solution and delivered extra goods chosen by me for the credit value within 24 hours.
Thats how you use customer feedback on a negative experience to respond to the customer and convert them into a fan!!!

The store has everything we need at home. There is a pay and go machine at the entrance which is accessible 24 hours. We can pay any utility bill. Phone reloading, Amana Bank deposit, Pickme payments and so many other payments. There's larger parking area. too.
