The Grand Café

Great coffee at the cafe in the hotel grounds. Music a bit loud but that’s fine as the hotel traffic is passing by. Plenty of outdoor and indoor tables. Staff very keen to provide great service.

Nice and cozy coffeahop in the heart of Nuawar Eliya. Very good cappuccino, cakes and ice-cream. They also serve sandwiches and other bite foods. The service is good and all the personnel is nice and helpful. Also they have a shop to buy coffee, cookies, chutneys for home. Really nice place! 👌

If you are looking for relax and enjoy the tea and coffee with delicious food it's a right place for you , we are many time visited there during our stay in nuwara eliya. Mr, Thusara did a fantastic service we are enjoyed, thusara explained every dishes , I'm recommended to all visit the Grand cofe.

Quite and neat place to hangout once in a while. Food is so delicious. And their service is so friendly, we went to have evening snacks and a coffee. A perfect place to spend time. The chill climate of nuwara eliya gives an advantage of being here. A pleasant experience being there. And they have many different varieties of snacks which we cant find out side.

Thushara is the best coffee artist you can and the coffee taste was on point.

I had the Waffles for breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. The blueberry jam was to die for! Highly recommend it. The coffees were good too. However the service was OK, the cafe had a nice vibe/atmosphere.

I had the best brunch ever in Nuwara Eliya, with an amazing view of the old and magestic Grand Hotel. My food was amazing btw

The Grand Cafe is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bite to eat in Nuwara Eliya. The coffee is excellent, the short eats are delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.

The service was very nice, the atmosphere and place itself is dreamy and breathtaking ! I enjoyed the vibe which is cozy, plus it was drizzling which made it PERFECT. The food and coffee were deeply rich in taste. Mr. Thushara had a a friendly attitude and courteous, also funny while serving our beautiful cup of coffees with our faces😅💜

A REALLY good cup of coffee in a spectacular setting. Decided to “treat” myself but coffee was actually cheaper than other places in town. The building and manicured gardens are worth the trip.
