I had to get a letter(0.2 gram) from Srilanka to England, they took Rs.4500. But after a few hours, my parents planned to retake it and called the particular branch(Pointpedro) and, they said they will charge Rs.1500. Then while again called them, they were saying the letter is going through the flight. I don't think within few hours how it can happen.

Kindly request the team, Please make sure to tell your customers "How much will you charge for the return within few hours?😅"

One of the worst parcel sending services. The boss does not know how to speak with customers. When you send the parcel, then everything is over. They will not provide any further service. In my case, my parcel was quoted way more than the actual price (it is around 20 times the actual price of the parcel. Because of that, I have to pay an import fee). When I get back to them and talk about this, they speak without any care and rudely. Do not use this service.
