Short notice 1 night booking on Agoda, property manager met me on the sidewalk by the wine store; guided me to relocate my vehicle across the street in front of his brother's business, and then from his broken English I understood Russians were coming to look at the room for 5 nights so he canceled on me at 8pm .... then he told Agoda he had to cancel because of a water problem.
