I had the pleasure of working with Lex Duco (Pvt) Ltd on my dream home project, They provide a great service during the design stage.

Our overall experience with Lex during the design process and construction of our home had been excellent. They were incredibly helpful and professional with the work from the beginning to the end specially in a very turbulent time.

They respected our ideas and gave a room to express our opinions freely and based on our requirement, they have designed and created a beautiful house for us and a walkthrough for our dream home.

We experienced price increases too but it was obviously beyond the control of them and the contractors since the bad economy affected all of us.

Finally, their work has greatly impressed me, and I will definitely recommend them to the others.

It was last year that I started looking for a construction company and I came across LEX DUCO.They were very accommodative and professional from the very first call I made, assuring of their best services.We even went through the process of selecting on designs, where they were an enormous help.After a thorough background check, we made our first payment to them at the beginning of the year, with the next payment due in December. But unfortunately the pandemic happened and sadly we lost our jobs and we were not in a position to continue..I sadly explained this to the sales person at Lexduco Mr.Rukshan who turned out to be an Angel sent from heaven. He not only understood the difficulty but offered to help us on getting the refund in a very compassionate manner. I received my entire advance back, even though I was very sceptical at first, given the nature of the current situation and the difficulty all humans are going through. When i first started working with them i noticed the technical advises they provide us on the correct time. LexDuco has the ability to stick to their promised budget until end of the construction. according to my knowledge freezing the material rates for such a long time is not going to be easy in Sri Lanka. as i know every day or every month the rates are fluctuating in the market. LexDuco did a good job on this also in quality checking as well.

A house is a dream where most of us spend our savings on having trust on the company we choose. I find LexDuco the most flexible and easy to work with. Lex Duco provided me a good service and they have designed my home very beautifully.
