Village Hotel Jaffna Northern Point

We stopped by for a vegetarian dinner . Needless to say the food was amazing . The service was great our waiter went above and beyond and recommended great options. The coffee and tea were probably the best we had this entire trip. On top of it the view was breathtaking . 10000% recommend .

Amazing hotel with great service. Large and Clean rooms. The Indian resturant have so tasty food with many options, and beautiful view. I definitely recommend this place for stay over or just to drop by the restaurant for good food.

Superb place at the nothern end of sri lanka. Calm and very quite. Rooms are very clean and nicely arranged. Beach is also clean and very nice. Specially the service of the staff is brilliant very supportive and respectful. Foods in here gave us a new experience, tasty and fresh. There is a request, it's good if you can allocate a reciptionist who is fluent in all 3 languages English, Sinhala and Tamil. Anyway all is good and enjoy the day at the place.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The decor was excellent with very comfortable beds. The food was excellent with a great variety. The staff were always on hand to help in anyway and were always welcoming and friendly .

This place is conveniently located near Point Pedro, where finding good accommodation can be challenging. We visited Sakkotai Cape in the evening and were eager to find a suitable place nearby.

The hotel consists of a restaurant and a recently renovated house, providing comfortable air-conditioned rooms. A convenient car park is available in front of the hotel. During our weekend stay, the restaurant was bustling and lively due to its popularity.

We were delighted to discover a wide array of options on the restaurant's menu, and the food exceeded our expectations with generous portion sizes and delightful flavors. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and their proficiency in English made communication effortless.

The hotel's restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the sea, enhancing the overall experience. We booked a room on a bed and breakfast basis without the need for an advance payment. In July 2023, the cost was around 10,000, which we found to be very reasonable considering the location and amenities provided.

Furthermore, we noticed that they offer boat rides around the area for those who are interested.

All in all, we were impressed by the hotel's location and the dedication put into its facilities. If you're seeking accommodation near Point Pedro, we highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Hotel with a great view of the ocean. Rooms are very modern, clean and well managed. The food is very delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Must try biriyani and sea food noodles.

The rooms are clean and cozy. My room had a nice side view of the ocean from the terrace.
Delicious breakfast included in the rate in the Seafront restaurant.

The beach itself didn't seem so swimmable to me, but it was lovely to watch sunset and sunrise.

The rooms are very good; very clean with amenities such as A/C, hot water, kettle, iron, fast Wifi, cable TV, and comfortable beds. The restaurant has great food and drinks and a beautiful view of the northern coast. The service was very good, with highly professional, approachable, friendly staff and management who met our requests and needs in a timely manner. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful panoramic view of Valvettithurai and the northern coast. The location is very convenient for those who wish to commute around Valvettithurai and other surrounding areas.
Overall, it's a highly comfortable hotel and restaurant, maintaining high standards with amenities to satisfy Western travellers.

Food review I recently visited a restaurant called The Spot and I was very impressed. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The menu had a good variety of options and I was able to find something that I liked. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend The Spot to others.

We came late night and the reception was easily reachable. Very friendly staff. Splendid view of the morning sunrise from the suite on the third floor. Breakfast was served on time and fresh. Beautiful view and breeze. Enjoyed the stay.

Amazing, beach side location - lovely views of the sunrise and sunset and lovely, secluded and calm waters to swim in. Room was spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast and lunch service.

Nice hotel located on the sea shore in Valvettiturai serving many. Wonderful sea view from the room with great freshly prepared seafood and other authentic food items!
