Top notch office and home furniture!

I purchased 1 chair which was on sale. Disappointed that the nuts and bolts used to fasten the handle for the chair was not the correct size.
When it was used the next day, it fell off. The shop refused to fix it, as it was a sale item.

Bad Service! Called to inquire about a product and was told quite brusquely to check the website. Called to clarify as the required details were not available on the website, but good luck trying to explain that to who ever answers the calls. Take your business elsewhere to people who actually appreciate an inquiry and are interested in converting a sale.

Extremely disappointed! I purchased 2 chairs costing 10,900 each and the plastic underneath it cracked open in less than a month. What kind of service is this???
