Came here after ages. We had Idli, paneer Masal Dosa, Idiyappam and Chillie Parotta. Other than Chillie Parotta all others are great. Idiyappam and Idly got praised by the ladies at home.
Felt like there are way too much Chick Peas in Chillie Parotta, else it would have been Good too.
Also we tried their Iced Milo and it's also Good.

Affordable price, with No Service Charge. They have good seating and private separations as well.

There is construction work happening on the side of their building. Have plenty of car park space.

Service is good and fast. Recommended if you are looking for a Vegetarian shop.

One of my favourite restaurant.

At Dwaraka Restaurant, my dining experience was elevated by the exquisite presentation of their dishes, truly a feast. The attentive service added a pleasant touch to the meal, making the visit all the more enjoyable.

While I found the prices to be on the higher side, I believe it's worth the occasional indulgence, especially for a family outing. I opted for the North Indian thali on my visit, and it was a delightful spread with a rich variety of items, including the paneer channa. (Paneer texture is a bit rubbery). I highly recommend trying this dish for its flavors and diversity.

A great place to experience the North and South vegetarian foods. The restaurant is clean and staff is helpful. Food is tasty and price is okay. We have had the North Indian Taali and it was delicious. At the beginning we thought if the potion is not enough, but it is more than sufficient for one person. We have ordered fresh juices also. The Mango drink was superb but lime juice was bit salty for me. But my husband really liked the lime juice.

Highly recommended to experience different types of Indian vegetarian foods.

My recent visit to Dawarka Indian Restaurant on Jaya Road, Bamabalapitiya, was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we stepped in, the level of service was remarkably impressive. The staff not only displayed profound knowledge of the menu but also took the time to explain each dish in detail, making our selection process a breeze.

What truly set Dawarka apart was the honest and considerate guidance we received from our waiter. In a rare display of genuine care, he advised us against over-ordering, ensuring that we had just the right amount of food for two. This level of honesty is a rarity in the restaurant industry and it significantly enhanced our dining experience.

Furthermore, the recommendations provided were spot-on, allowing us to savor some of the best dishes the restaurant had to offer. Every bite was a testament to the authenticity and culinary excellence of Dawarka.

I highly recommend Dawarka Indian Restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic Indian dining experience coupled with exceptional service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their food is indeed praiseworthy. A visit here is a must for both locals and visitors in Bamabalapitiya.

Great place for a fully vegetarian south Indian meal. The food tasted amazing, and the price was very reasonable. Try the cheese naan, they're quite generous with the cheese.
Service was quick and attentive. Food was brought within 15 minutes. Even the additional food ordered during eating was brought quickly.
Would highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious vegetarian/Indian meal that's not going to break your wallet.
